Beware that prices went up $15 in one shot at this restaurant…..ordered special dinner for 4 and it was regularly around $35... and now they increased it to 51. I wish I could give no stars at all. nothing I say can express how horrible their customer service was. I ordered online for... delivery, an emergency came up so I wouldn't be home to be able to eat the food. I called in to let them know that i wascancelling my order, as soon as I told them that the person on the phone had started yelling saying that I couldn't cancel sincethe driver was already on the way, the screaming at me so i cut the call, the person called again saying, and I quote " if youdon't have money, don't order the food" Read more
When I ordered online, it said 40 minutes until pick up, but when I arrived I had to wait another HOUR. I waited in my car... because there were 5 other people in the retaurant and I like to be as safe as possible. The food was very bad. Absolutelyflavourless. I honestly think it made me sick and don't bother talking to the manager, he is absolutely terrible; defensive,interrupting, not listening, insinuated I was lying. We ordered the schezwan chicken, spicy beef with vegetables, and vegetable lo-mein. We were disappointed in all three dishes. If... you enjoy flavour in your meal don't order here. The food was extremely bland, and had no colour. The sauce resembled saladdressing, it was way too watered down. The vegetables did not seem to be sautéed at all. We ended up putting it all in a panand adding our own spices and to cook the veggies. Maybe other dishes are better, but don't order these ones. I normally have a very good experience with this restaurant, and have been a customer for about two years as such. Now I feel it... is a little harsh to rate a restaurant on New Years Eve regarding an order, however I feel it is necessary. I have been waitingover 5 hours for my order, placed on hold for a total of 30 minutes (not defeaned mind you) while I listened to many othercustomers gripe about their orders also being late. My most recent response I received was that the order will be here soon,which was 50 minutes ago. I would recommend this restaurant on normal business days but I feel like their establishment is notcapable of handling busy days (holidays). Read more
