Me and my family love this place! The rice and spices are amazing, the wraps full and delicious, and the garlic sauce and hummus... are *drinkable* (we want more!). A must-add to your order is the fried halloumi - I've never tasted it quite like that with thesweet glaze. Yum :) Read more
I?ve had a lot of Lebanese food in my time. This was the worst. The meat had little to no seasoning, and was very dry. The rice... was old, dried out, and tough. You can get a better meal for less money pretty much anywhere else in Guelph. The side salad wasgood though. In the spirit of constructive feedback, two things could be changed that would make the meal enjoyable. 1.Marinate and season the meat. Then don?t grill it to death. 2. Prepare new rice for each dinner service, don?t just keep thestuff you made at noon. Read more
Wanted to try somewhere different than our regular delivery spots and was so happy we did. Family got pizza, wrap and falafel... for dinner. Prices reasonable, delivery timely and food was the best smelling delivery package ever. We devoured our meals withdelight and look forward to our next meal. Read more

We have been thinking about checking out this place ever since they opened, and finally did so. I am surprised we took so long... to put this restaurant in our "support local / Support Small business" list, but it is now officially making its way into ourregular rotation. We ordered two meals - Tawook plate, and the Kafta Plate. Both came with salad, and sides and everything werevery plentiful. The food has excellent flavour profiles with lots of seasonings and spices. The flavours are so good. Icouldn't finish my meal because there was so much. We ordered over the phone and picked up our order to ensure we did a minimalcontact transaction. The people were very nice and friendly. The transaction was very uneventful and smooth. Since the Covid-19pandemic started, we have made more substantial efforts to take out orders from local restaurants, specifically SMALL,family-run businesses, to help do our part to support these small businesses during tough times. Roguetrippers typically ordertake out once but sometimes twice a week. We avoid using any food delivery companies to ensure that the money goes back to therestaurant, and no commissions to the delivery company. Retour Bistro in Guelph is a fantastic place to grab a meal. Amazingfood, great options, small business, and great people. During this time of Covid, I felt super comfortable walking in. They have spacing everywhere, for customers to wait. The... customer service was fantastic. The gentleman I spoke with said he likes to ensure a customer's food is as fresh as possible,which is why my earliness had me wait for my food, for the time I said I'd pick up at which was 6:00pm. The vegan menu isfantastic also. I ordered the pizza with walnuts and also the vegan chicken dish. This may be my go to place for date nightswith my wife. Read more
Modern space overlooking the Speed River with trendy takes on classic MENA foods like shawarma, zaatar and halloumi. My sujek... and halloumi fries were a great meal, but make sure you go wrap + app if you're really hungry, as either alone would be more ofa snack. Sage served me promptly with a smile. Read more
