My family had my birthday dinner here in November on a Saturday. First visit. From start to finish everything was excellent.... Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. I had the Romero linguine and it was excellent. The service was great. It was one of ourbetter dining experiences in Guelph. Great food, great staff, Great experience ! We were welcomed in by the staff and what appeared to be the owner/manager. We... ordered fettuccini alfredo! a absolute die for . The staff were very attentive and welcoming. We ordered mussels, soup, and the cheese appetizers and they were all very good.... For our main course we had the lamb shank, manicotti, lasagna, and veal parmigiana. Everything was delicious and the portionswere very generous. So good to have such a great restaurant at the west end of Guelph! Came back to try the patio last night.It was such a lovely evening. Would highly recommend. The specials are always a treat and there's always freshly baked breadserved. Read more

5 stars multiplied by 100. Their food was beyond amazing for flavour, presentation, portion size, variety... The waiter we had... was super friendly and knew how to interact with good humor. The manager Sammy was also helping and super friendly andattentive. A girl also politely and professionally served. Highly highly recommended. It was decent and on time, but I was expecting better for the price. We had the hunter pork tenderloin, gypsy scallopini, large... casaer salad and bacon wrapped scallops. I had takeout. I will try them again. Read more
We visited Romero's after a few years and discovered that it continues to offer excellent, fresh seafood pasta and a pleasant... atmosphere. My seafood linguine contained large, fresh shrimp, mussels, scallops and a delicious cream sauce. My spouse'sPortobello mushroom pasta was equally delicious. They offer a wide selection of excellent food and a reasonably priced winelist. For a lovely evening out at a reasonable price, this is the restaurant to visit. The patio is pleasant for those who enjoyoutdoor eating. Read more
