We waited forever to get our wings. When we finally received it, it must have been over an hour and the chicken was overcooked.... We still ate it because one we were starving and secondly, if we asked them to change it, it probably would've taken them overan hour to bring it out again. We will never go back again even though it was all you can eat wings. It was not worth it. Read more

This restaurant was my favourite in the area. We have been coming semi regularly for the past 3 years! The menu is amazing, lots... of fun options, the wings are delicious for a fair price.. now over the past 4 months the service has been garbage, now I?vebeen told it?s due to lack of staff but to wait over an hour for menu items with only 22 people in the restaurant is completelyunacceptable! Especially with 12 had for when we walked in!!! Within that hour the server did not come back to check on us oroffer more drinks!! If they can?t do better I will not be back! Read more

Been going to St Louis for almost 20 years. Easily the best wings in Ontario with excellent consistency across locations. The... signature fries are an icon and the source of many many many cravings. The once a year all you can eat wingsanity in June/Julyis a must try for all wing lovers. Standout wing flavors include: Hot Spicy Garlic Parm Medium Dry Read more

Horrible service took 2 hours for us to eat dinner! Waiter hardly came to see us, took someone 10-15minutes to come ask us for... drinks, then took another 20minutes for someone to take are order then another 30minutes for are food to come, was cold & wingswere burnt. Got all you can eat wings and too another 30 minutes for next round of wings & was still burnt! Restaurant wasn?teven busy! Manager would not come talk to us & manager argued that are food was hot. Tables were not getting cleaned aftercostumers left. People came in after us ate and left before us. Will not go back to this location! Read more

We had shawarma spiced poutine and devilishly good sangrias. It was delicious and the ambiance was lovely.

I went to St. Louis tonight with some teammates and we were delighted to find out that they had an all-you-can-eat wings deal on... for $24 (or so we thought). That?s at least how they advertised it. When I asked for my first order at around 9pm, I wanted twopounds of wings - one pound of medium and one pound of salt and pepper. I was told I could only get one pound and one flavourfor the first order, but that I?d be able to change flavours on the next order. Okay, no problem. The first order took aboutthirty minutes, which is pretty slow in my opinion. When I tried to make a second order, the waitress told me ?one second?, tookoff, and didn?t return for about 25 minutes. Pretty horrendous service. Almost like she was intentionally avoiding us (prior tothis, she was very eager to ask us if we needed more beers). When she finally came back, my friends and I placed our secondorders of wings. We waited for about an hour and fifteen minutes for the second order, which when it came, was FOUR LITTLE WINGSon a small plate. Four wings? What? The first order was their typical bucket of wings - I assume one pound. Why in the world isthe second order a plate of FOUR wings, and why did it take an hour and fifteen minutes? We were given NO warning the wingorders would come in batches of FOUR after the first order, and NO warning it would take so long. I certainly wouldn?t havewaited an hour and fifteen minutes (til 11:15pm) for that second order if I had known I?d only be getting FOUR wings. At leastthe wings were EXCELLENT quality. Just kidding! They were subpar! Small! Bland! Over-cooked (naturally, since they spent an hourand fifteen minutes cooking them)! I guess I can at least thank them for not under-cooking them! Oh also, my one friend leftafter placing a single order because he wasn?t able to wait long enough for a second order, and he was still charged an extra $8for the all-you-can-eat meal ($24), over and above the cost of a single pound ($16). Unbelievable Read more

This was my fiance and I first time ordering from this location. We were really craving wings and have had St.Louis before at... other locations. We ordered 2 lbs of wings w/fries, sauce on the side for half. Picked up and when we got home we noticed therewas only 1 container in this huge bag. Ah well we thought maybe they just combined it all. We couldnt believe what we saw whenwe opened up the container. A handful of fries (lukewarm), dried up burnt warm wings, gar par ones were mediocre. Contacted therestaurant and the server was very nice, apologized and said she would remake the order. Drove back to the restaurant, picked upand came home. This time food was hot but wings still burnt/dried up. Dont know if something was wrong with the fryer heat orthe recipe but they were not good. We ate the meal because at this point we are starving. Unfortunately our wing craving was notsatisfied. Next time we will stick to frozen box wings. Alot cheaper considering our bill was $36.
