This really is the worst subway you will ever step into. The one star reviews are true. Tonight is the last time I ever go here.... Stale bread, the crispy chicken they advertise isn't crispy at all..and it was like chewing on rubber, the floors in this placeare disgusting. There is loose tiles on the floor in front of the cash, turned upside down in a pile. the tuna (not many peopleorder it) had a hard crusty layer on top, they don't put Lids on the toppings to keep them cold. The tomatoes were mushy andwarm. The drink machine never has ice...I could go on This place is a food safety nightmare And to top it all off, the staffare rude and roll their eyes and speak their language to eachother under their breath. I write this from my bathroom as I hurl into my porcelain throne. Stay away from this place. Trust the 1 star reviews. I had a... sandwich and it had some pretty sour Mayo in it. The staff here tries a lot to please the customers but is severely short staffed so there's a long wait and the service is... extremely poor. Upon casual enquiry, I found out that the shortage of staff is deliberate by the owner! So in short, the ownerof this establishment does not cares about its employees or its customers. why would I wait in line 30 minutes for asubway? And yes it took 30 minutes with just two people ahead of me because there was just one employee handlingeverything! Pathetic! Read more
Twice I've been here, twice I've been disappointed. Really gross, dry, old bread the first time. And we got 4 sandwiches on 4... differwnt breads. All the same level of nasty. They did not follow instructions the second time. Left me with soup in between 2buns. I never knew that much mayo could come out of one bottle. Read more
Walked in at 10:35pm to a very rude woman proclaiming she had closed her till and cleaned up shop to close early ?to catch her... bus? she also claimed to be the owner which was an obvious lie. They were meant to be open until 11pm(open sign still lit up)it?s not like I showed up at 10:55 demanding service.
