Is there a shortage of lettuce in Guelph? This is the worst subway I've been to in a long time. Extremely light on toppings at... this location. Last week when I came here I thought it was a 1 off situation when they demanded an extra 50 cents for achocolate milk which I paid for already on the app. Today, my toppings are so thin that I should have gotten a 2 inch instead ofa 6 inch. 1 star is being generous. Don?t go here. This is the worst subway location I?ve visited in Guelph. The workers are extremely... rude and stingy with toppings. There is a lack of customer service here & they should look into training the employees properly.Seems as though some of the older employees are cranky & can?t be nice to customers. Very disappointed considering this isliterally a subway & any Tim Hortons would provide better customer care. Read more
The cheese in this store was dried out and hard looking. The top piece of most of the meat was dried out. There were no covers... on any of the food. There were two guys behind the counter but only one served. The only time they talked to us is to ask uswhat toppings we wanted. My daughter got a sub I didn't. I did make sure he didn't put the first slice on her sub. The onlything that was fresh to me was the lettuce and he brought a new bag of it out. But put it on top of the old lettuce. It was a good ???? experience but deserves 4 stars only because the food items are not that hot ????
I understand it's not the most desirable job, but the vibe is so negative. It's like pulling teeth to get them to put on more... veg and i don't even get meat or cheese on my sub. I wish the staff all the best in their future goals. I really do.. Read more
