If I could give zero stars I would. I?ve worked for Tim Hortons in the past and the majority of the employees at this location... make it seem like rocket science. Coffees are often made incorrectly? typically can?t finish the last of our coffees without amouthful of grinds. When returning to get orders corrected you?re met with attitude and just sheer rudeness. I was told todaythey had no decaf and it would take 20 mins for the pot to brew! The owner needs to have a serious discussion with the staff orfind new ones. Terrible service and worse product! Read more

Food running low as we arrived late at night. The only Tim Hortons that I have found open after 10pm. Service was great. out of... buns but used bagels to make sandwiches. Read more

I am outside this Tims right now! So this is how they put butter on bagel. Also, we ordered two food items, the girl on sandwich... station didnt even tell us when it was ready. When we asked if it was for us, she answered rudely. It was like doing your jobpoorly and also talking to customers badly. I am giving 3 stars because the staff on front and drink makers were super nice andquick. Read more

It took 18 mins for my steep to get to me from the Sf . I saw a big line up in drive thru and choose to go inside but my fault... lol . My tea was remade 3 times as the staff was not paying attention. I don't know what to say this store is beyond everythinglol Read more

Heads up to all those in guelph using skip....especially for timmy's which I am so sorry to say as I love them. Big problem... however of what you get from them, the condition of the product, whether or not you actually get what you ordered and quitequestionable on length of time sitting on their shelves. Would not recommend this experience so please if you are looking for atreat along this line, do not use SKIP. Regardless of the lack of employees (which if they were paid more, they might care)this type of service is no service at all even when the owner is currently at the location where the order was totally messedup. I just shake my head and will refrain from any ordering in the future on all counts. Read more

Staff are working hard, but not on serving the in-store customers. The one person working the till is also filling online orders... of some sort, so those in line waiting to order have to watch the poor kid scramble around and apologize to them repeatedly.It's awkward and makes the flow of in-store customers incredibly slow. I would not go back to this location. This is clearly nota well-managed business. Read more
