There was one of this guy who was working an afternoon shift . He was so rude. We ordered for some coffee and some bagels and... the guy worked there was making fun of the way i made order and even asked me i wanted to fight with him. I was just making myorder . And i don?t know what did i do wrong . Now iam not going to visit the placenever again. He made my whole day go bad. Not a good customer service. I haven?t had any experience like this . Read more

This place has really gone downhill, takes 20 mins at drive thru so thought I'd go in and waited 30 min for an egg steak... sandwich just to find to there was no egg in it. Guy there seemed to be new but think more training needs to be offered. Read more

The food I ordered was wrong. Made wrong, tasted awful and was so messy, it took any possible enjoyment from my meal. I found... the employees rude and unable to understand English. An expensive experience, a reason to change coffee shops. Mainly after theyaccused me of stealing a lousy piece of sausage from my breakfast meal. I was horrified. I went to get a BLT sandwich for lunch today - I have in the past and always have been happy with it. Not today. First of all -... did not get the BLT - instead got a Ham & Bacon sandwich. So I paid for a sandwich which I don't like and will have to discardsome of it. :( Second - whoever made the sandwich was a tad sloppy - I do not want to have mayonnaise on the outside of mysandwich.  Third - why is it so hard to cut a sandwich automatically in half? I have to ask every time. Not hard to do - Iknow - but I don't always remember. Read more

If I could give negative rating I would have. The employees here are super rude. When asked about tissues, she gave me one... tissue that also torn in half and when told what is this, she tells me come inside and take it yourself and asked about thedrink, she filled up with 90 percent ice and told me come and make it yourself and starting swearing me. So I think if you donot want to work then you can quit the job as there are thousands of people looking for a job and you are working in customerservice so better be polite and thankful that you have a job. Would never recommend anyone to visit this location. Read more

A great location in Guelph .. the food is standard fare for Tim Hortons .. always a good value. As always, it's the staff that... made this such a favorable experience. Courteous, friendly and very helpful with directions for the wayward traveller fromAlberta. Highly recommend a visit .. you won't be disappointed. Read more

Quick stop at this efficient Tim Hortons. Despite the 12 car wait list, my order was placed and I received it in less than 3... minutes. Wow! The staff was friendly and efficient. And who didn?t love a covered delivery window space for less than stellarweather?! Read more

It was my first time at this Tim Hortons location, and it was a bad experience. I made the mistake of ordering through the App... without updating my current location, so I ordered at the wrong location. I drove 9 minutes to this Tim's in order to pick-upmy mobile order. The drive-thru lineup was very long, so I decided to come inside the store. I asked for my mobile order andthey didn't even knew that they had a mobile order pending, even though that I drove 9 minutes to get here. The lady whoassisted me was rude and not helpful (March 29th, 2022, around 12:22 p.m.). When I asked her why my order was not ready,although I did make the mobile app order 10 minutes ago, her answer was just "well, you now have to wait." Unfortunately, I hadto wait because they could not reimburse a mobile order. A gentleman came where I was right away, took ownership of thesituation, and prepared my order. Kudos to him. He should train the staff to have more customer service skills. Read more
