This store used to be good, but today we came here on Sunday, had the worst experience in this store and will never come again.... The guy in drive thru who took our order was rude, no patience and unprofessional. I saw from their drive thru screen that hetook the wrong order. When I drove to the window and asked the lady to repeat my order she didn?t do that, just asking if i wantto order something more or not. Then I told her they took the wrong other, then the guy who took my order came and change myfood and didn?t say a single word. That lady also just like a dumb and stood there watching didn?t say anything. From the timewe drove to window till we left they didn?t greet, didn?t say thanks, didn?t apologize for their messing up my order. Super badservice. Manager should train them the basic customer service manner. Read more

It was a fantastic experience for us at Tim Hortons on Woolwich Road. It was our very first visit and Jaswinder and Baljinder... were so customer friendly, they made our visit feel very special also educating us about the app. We are now customers forlife!! Read more

Out of product again! Go there at 6:00pm the other day and they only had 1 plain bagel in the whole store. Go there today at... 1:30pm and there out of French vanilla. Dose head office not monitor these stores anymore? Get it together Tim Hortons! Read more

Had the pleasure of being served by the assistant manager Yohan this morning in the drive thru. It was 8AM and I?m the only one... in line. He greeted me at the window with a question ?debit or cash?? No hello, or good morning which is fine but would?ve beennice. I told him I was paying debit in which my card has no tap so I had to grab the debit machine to insert my card. As we areawaiting my payment go through he is antsy about grabbing the machine back from me and told the employees ?oh there?s a big lineup now? when 3 vehicles pulled up behind me. After payment he rushed me to take my 2 coffees which I thanked him for and got theresponse of ?ok bye?. It?s 8AM in the morning. Sometimes the employees at Tim Hortons are the first people that someone sees intheir day. Maybe try to show a little bit of kindness? I just can?t wrap my head around the idea that this gentleman is anassistant manager. Someone that one can assume is a good representative of the Tim Hortons brand. Clearly not in this case. Consistently friendly drive-thru staff. Despite often being busy, the line moves quickly due to the efficiency of the staff.... Always friendly and go out of their way to joke or chat. Occasionally an order gets messed up but that?s pretty uncommon in myexperience. Read more

It's Tim Hortons, nothing special. Customer service is ok. Pace of drive thru is ok. Quality of products have gone down hill... since RBI took over the company. Food was better when baked in store and the good coffee is now at McDonald's. Read more

Live their coffee-BUT? only drive through open at most locations, they should have stuck to just coffee & donuts. Has went... considerably downhill since adding all the extra foods! Need more ?Coffee Time?s? or comparable coffee shops to give Timmiessome competition! Read more

I have stopped at this location a couple mornings a week for a couple years now. The staff that is working from 5-7 in the... morning has always treated me well and never given me a reason to complain... Just about everything else with this store hasfallen short of decent. Outside of the hours that I mentioned above, I have had an incredibly bad experience. I have waited 15minutes in the drive through for a coffee and tea... nothing else. I have received many biscuit's in place of the Englishmuffins that I have ordered. They have missed a bagel on multiple occasions, and a chocolate croissant... I have tried to callthis location a few times with questions about the menu and have never actually had the other end pick up the phone. Every timeI have come into the store to have an error corrected, I have always approached the staff in a civil manner. The staff addressedthe mistake's with great customer service. It is just the attention to detail that lacks. There also never seems to be a manageron site. The staff is Kind and Personable with a lot of potential. Just lacking a bit of attention to detail.
