Coffee is not good since Wendy's took over. Too many menu options has made service below standard amd longer waits in drive... thru. I will not recommend tims and I avoid it unless I need a coffee . Read more

I mean, honestly, I love Tim?s. And I have never been disappointed with the food or drink at this location, though service is... sometimes a bit slow. But, my gosh, what I witnessed today was appalling. The guy on cash, inside the store, what the heck iswrong with him?! He was so, so rude to his staff. Being harsh, sarcastic, and humiliating them, right in front of customers. There?s a time and a place to give staff feedback. At the front counter, in front of customers, while ridiculing them? Nope. Nokindness. No helpful suggestions. Just sarcasm and ridicule. I looked for his name, but none of the staff I could see werewearing name tags. Another customer told me this rude guy is the franchise owner. Well, whether he?s the cashier, the shiftsupervisor, or the franchise owner, I hope the staff walk out over the way they?re being treated. Treating another human beinglike this is completely unacceptable. Read more

This is our number one coffee, and subsequent bathroom stop. We are always comfortably seated, and both the toilets and coffee... are robust. The drive thru is sometimes a bit slow coming out, but, we chalk that up to line constipation... Read more

For a Tim Hortons it's not bad. The service is very hit or miss depending on the staff. Sometimes it's fairly quick, other times... it can take 10+ minutes for a coffee and bagel. Food is standard Tim Hortons food though. Not bad not great but gets the jobdone when your in a hurry. The location does have a few different spots to sit and socialize where your not directly next othersthough which is nice if you want to study or socialize. Read more

Wow. The absolute worst Tim Horton?s I?ve ever had. The layout of this restaurant is ridiculous to begin with, the lineup for... the cash register is right inside the door. I asked for a honey crueller donut and a large iced capp with a shot of caramel. After explaining they were out of caramel I said ?no worries? and just ordered it without. My friend also got an iced capp but amedium and we ended up with the same amount. The iced capp was also hardly mixed at all and the wrong colour and tasted likesomething entirely different. The lack of cleanliness in the restaurant was also of note. The workers clearly have no idea whatthey?re doing which I?m sure is likely a management issue and not so much theirs due to a lack of training. Do not go here. Read more

Went to this place On September 3 late at night, I got two quenchers and a bagel. There was one lady working there, and no one... else in the drive-through. While I was ordering my stuff she seemed really short with me, generally being impatient. Finallyfinished ordering after a couple interruptions, and that?s when I noticed she was on the phone, which kind of explained why shewas being short with me. When she opened the window, she gave off the feeling that I was irritating her in someway, and while Iwas grabbing what I paid for, she wasn?t giving me and my passenger the nicest look(death stare). And once I grabbed the lastthing, she immediately shut the window and walk to the back without saying anything. Then we ended up trying one of the drinkswe got, and couldn?t help to notice that it tasted extremely watered down. So we went around to ask for a new one, and yetagain, felt like we were just an irritation for her. Hopefully that was a one time thing, and hopefully she?ll give a littleless tude to the next people she serves. Read more

Last night, at around 7:30pm we used the drive thru and, we were greeted by, one of the best drive thru employees Tim Hortons... has ever hired. He was kind, spoke clearly, and extremely courteous. Sadly, I didn't catch his name but, this employee shouldbe promoted to train and, teach all other employees about proper customer service and etiquette. Read more

Staff shortage, customers lined up out to the sidewalk. Purchased a thermos for $25 plus tax. No instructions included. Lid... becomes an extremely small cup. Pushing a button on the stopper opens the flow. Tried to take a drink and it poured out anotheropening scalding my chin and my chest. Coffee was luke warm in less than two hours. Purchased in Guelph but I live in London soI contacted tims corperate and I'm waiting for a response. This is the worst design I have ever seen. In the past when youbought a travel thermos, tims would fill it at no charge, guess not any more, but maybe the staff was not properly trained. Read more
