Great location , have some really good staff, when the high school is on lunch or after school they swarm this location and... service is longer than normal due to the amount of customers and their friends who come in with them, Premilla one of the StoreManagers is one of the best Tim Hortons Employees I have ever dealt with by far always going above and beyond to make myexperience a enjoyable one.. Ordered a breakfast b.e.l.t sandwich with bacon. There was no bacon or lettuce or tomato and it was way to busy to go back... inside. Going to the drive threw was terrible had to keep repeating my order. Read more
I was in 3 days ago and I was asking for a usual drink I get from any others timhortons, and I came across a very rude and... ignorant employee, she looks new as I come in often to this location. Long wait times, slow service, coffee is not often hot... Update: place is still consistently slow, like 30 mins wait for a... coffee. There only ever seems to be a couple employees working during peak hours. This appears to the be the worst managed TimHortons in Ontario! Wow! Read more
I didn't know my sausage breakfast wrap contained bacon and no sausage. To be clear, it was not busy either, I was the only one... waiting service. Coffee was standard Tim's coffee, which isn't a compliment like it used to be. The only reason I don't give 1star is because the sausageless sausage breakfast wrap with bacon was alright. Read more
When someone orders a large ice cap they expect to get a large Ice cap not a small ice cap in a large cup filled with FOAM as... someone who worked for years at tims this is not acceptable especially as it was a delivery thru Uber and they won't evenqualify it for a refund or price change Read more
Very nice snappy service by a pleasant staff. This restaurant has an interesting set up in that there are two cashes and the... line up is about circular and couldn't see a line up here sign. So I bet it gets choked during rush times. Decent seating area. Read more
