Drive thru order at 730pm. Chicken sandwich was cool and dry, as if it had been waiting for me to order it all day. Fries were... piping hot and tasty. As for pop, I always forget when going to a Wendy's to ask for light on the ice. Half a cup of ice (nomatter which location I go to). No Recipt in bag. I think they do this on purpose so you cannot send in comments (need ordernumber, store number, .... and with no receipt,cannot complete on line feedback) Read more
Did not serve the chicken sandwich my wife wanted, and could not figure out you can put ranch sauce on the grilled chicken wrap... just like the crispy chicken wrap. Read more
Good fast food. Clean inside the restaurant. They have free WiFi, which I'm using to post this review. I'd come back for a quick... bite if I'm in the area. The spicy chicken sandwich is great. Their fries are better than McDonalds fries. Read more
A wonderful young lady by the name of danya (hope I spelt her name right) helped a disable man by carrying his tray over to the... dining area and asked if he needed any assistance. ? It was so heart-warming to watch. She deserves a raise. Read more
This morning, I was on my way to an appointment and was pressed for time. On my way, I saw that Wendy?s now offered breakfast. ... I wanted to try it out, using the drive-thru. It was a mistake. First of all, the young woman at the speaker had little to noknowledge of the new breakfast menu. I requested something simple (sausage biscuit without egg, black coffee with sweetener). It was like talking to an intellectually challenged child. This person didn?t know that sweetener and Splenda were the same. And I waited about 10 minutes before I had to drive away without my order. That?s how bad your customer service is. Justbecause it was Saturday didn?t mean that people weren?t in a hurry. I had to be at my hair appointment in 10 minutes. In aperfect world, adults rather than teenagers would be in charge. Fast food is not great work, but there are lots of people whowould do it without complaint - and do it well. Train your workers better, and hire people with that hustle. This is not thefirst time this Wendy?s has messed up, and this was a good location in the past. Months ago, I requested a grilled chickensandwich with regular rather than honey mustard. Guess what I got? (Edit: I gave this place another chance this morning. I've been ordering from Wendy's on SkipTheDishes mostly so I can't vouch for anything in the store really. What i can say is... that this is the ONLY fast food chain that has made only TWO mistakes on my orders over the past 3 or 4 years with probably like70 orders placed. They are extremely polite and understanding when it comes to accepting feedback. If I need to call and changesomething with the skip order they are always eager to help and have no issues. Delivery is always the fastest for me. I'venever waited more than 20 minutes for a Skip order from this store. Very decent service. Read more
