Very nice staff and beautiful, well-kept grounds. Check-in/out is quick and intuitive, and finding your cabin is all part of the... fun. Some of the accommodations are SMALL, but if traveling with a group I imagine it would be fun to book a whole lane ofcabins as a private party. As a couple, the standard room was just enough for us! Their onsite restaurant opens a bit later inthe way, but the property is right on the main strip of town where you can easily walk or drive for breakfast and lunch options.Most of all, it had a very peaceful feel that was relaxing, even the night they had live music! Dawn Ranch was amazing! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so kind and welcoming and that feeling never subsided. The... property is gorgeous, well maintained, and had the cutest little touches including pumpkins and hay at every path (we were theremid Oct.). The room was clean, comfortable, and recently updated with all you need, including complimentary allergen friendlysnacks! Dinner at the restaurant was superb and desert and wine recommendation was incredible. Do not hesitate for a moment tostay here, you will be thoroughly impressed! We were so happy with our stay, we're highly considering getting marriedhere. Just a side note, the Sycamore Cabin, while adorable, is small and very cozy, so make sure you like your company or gowith a larger room. There is also no TV which is nice to unplug but if weather is funky, bring a book or laptop. Read more

This place is beautiful! We visited a couple of weekends ago and I was so pleasantly surprised by how many things there were to... delight us here. You get a beautiful pastry basket in the mornings, there is a lending library (and I was allowed to keep mybook!), There is morning yoga and meditation and the kitchen staff cooked a delicious breakfast! That croissant was to diefor! We will definitely visit again. There is a lot to see on the property and they are adding a pool soon! It's definitely ahidden gem . Read more

Dawn Ranch, what a magical place! The cabins are beautiful, newly renovated and have everything you need for a pampering and... relaxing vacation. The property is gorgeous and there’re lots of daily activities you can join from fruit picking to yoga andbracelet making. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. It’s great for couples and families andwork off sites too, just a few minutes walk from the beach and you can borrow bicycles, kayaks and tubes from the hotel. We willdefinitely come back next year with the kiddos. Read more

My wife and I had such a great experience spending a weekend at Dawn Ranch. Cozy cabins that are perfect for couples (but they... also have some larger ones that are suitable for small families). Location is great, a short walk from the beach, and right nextto the town of Guerneville. I'm excited to see the improvements they have planned for next year including spa, anotherrestaurant, etc. Also, the staff friendliness was among the warmest we ever experienced in California. This place has cozy cabins in a great location - close to the downtown and within walking distance to good restaurants and great... beaches. The resort is nestled between tall redwood trees and is a perfect getaway from daily life. There is a highly acclaimedrestaurant in the resort, along with a beautiful meadow and apple orchard. We may be biased, but in our opinion Dawn Ranch is the best wedding venue out there. Dawn Ranch is a beautifully recently... renovated property with modern and updated cabins for all your guests. We were so lucky to find them newly reopened withavailability. It was exactly what we were looking for - somewhere were all our family could gather together for the entireweekend. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond - especially Susan their on-site coordinator. They were very responsiveand organized and the weekend of, everything went smoothly and was ready and executed to perfection. We felt very special andloved every minute. We will definitely be returning for special events and anniversaries and feel so lucky to have found them! Read more

This place is blissful. I visited the resort last week with my partner and it felt like being transported to a peaceful haven.... The living accommodations are great (esp the fellow kettle, in-room pour over coffee, quality linen), food menu isstraightforward and perfect, and the staff is so helpful. Apart from a serene visit, I’m going to recommend it to my corporateteams as a quintessential destination for offsite or retreats. They’re in the process of setting up their own veggie garden,yoga space, and spa. Can’t wait to be back. Read more
