Decent dunkin, coffee good, staff nice.
Fast and friendly! I've always been satisfied after buying from my nearby Dunkin' Donuts, or Dunkin' these days. I normally... order a simple black coffee and by the time they've handed it to me and I've left only *maybe* 2 minutes have passed. Staff isgreat, everything is clean, and I always leave happy. Zero stars would be better, worst experience yet. What was suppose to be a enjoyable outing with my daughter for some Halloween... themed donuts turned out to be a profanity laced tirade by the manager about frustrated customers and her not being able to keepup. After 10 minutes of listening to this rant (I should have left after a minute), we did finally complete our outing thanks tothe great staff at the Dunkin Donuts at 1573 Western Ave. Won't be back to this location. Save yourself the trip and utilizeany other location. Worst DD in the Capital District. Read more
My go to location for coffee since it right near my job. I'm not sure if they changed management or are just lacking employees... who care, but in the last year or so the food is always either burnt or cold. No happy medium. My coffee is usually good, butthe food used to be much better. I rely on getting breakfast here sometimes, and recently I'm just disappointed. Read more
Very friendly...quick service....clean. parking lot small. But i go there because people are polite and they get to recognize... the regular customers. Great everyone with a smile and wear awesome holidays hats!!! One guy always says upbeat things..suchas Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays each time. So cheerful especially with all that's going on. I usually never have a problem with this Dunkin. The morning crew is GREAT, I love them and they always make sure my coffee is... delicious. I showed up to get coffee Saturday afternoon on 11/14 and the girl who made my drinks was rather rude. She acted likeshe didn?t even want to be there. I will never come here after 11am ???????? Didn't pay attention that the lid wasn't on the cup, and from what I remember in my Dunkin' career days, any beverage made with... swirls were to be stirred.. just very unorganized @ opening time Read more
