Disappointed once again by the food prep and quality control at this Dunkin? location. Ordered a cold brew with cold sweet cream... and got this (my daughter picked it up and wasn?t aware it wasn?t what I ordered). This black iced coffee is burned and notdrinkable. In the past parts of our order have been forgotten: missing hash browns or only one order of bagel bites when weordered two. The bagels from here are either not toasted or are charred (like an earlier review). The managers really need toimprove this location. Check your order when you pick it up. Read more
