Exactly the same delicious Chinese food you?ve come to expect. They don?t always understand so it?s best to go by their menu... numbers. But the food is great, fast, reasonable and a true guilty pleasure. Read more

Awful . Cold wonton soup he literally made while I waited. Awful pork lo mein tasted like cabbage. Pork fried rice full of bean... sprouts for some reason zero flavor. Greasy egg rolls because the oil is to cold. Has been going down hill for the past fewyears. I'm done never again. Read more

Have been ordering from here since they opened. But, things haxe changed since John the owner left. You cannot chane anything on... the dishes and cannot "special order" anything. It also tastes like too much MSG, everything too salty. I recommend asking forno MSG when ordering, otherwise food is good, and people are friendly. either. John was very flexible and let you you you"customize" your dish. They a Read more

Asian cuisine as you would expect it, crunchy, crispy gently fried and delicious! The egg rolls are wonderful and the meals are... inexpensive. I've had First Garden's food before and I'll return in the future. Read more

Been ordering from this place for years, generally they are the best takeout Chinese in Guilford in my opinion. Sure you get a... bad meal every once in a while, but that can happen anywhere. The quality of the food is fairly good, when you pick up food therestaurant has always been clean from observation. I only really have two gripes with the place, one is that when orderingsometimes you have to repeat yourself and the person cuts you off mid order to confirm the previous item. I'm patient, so I candeal with it, although I can see less patient people getting annoyed. The only other issue I see is not even related to thefood. It's more or less that they let their kid hang around in the kitchen environment. I get it's a family ran restaurant, butthat's neither sanitary or safe even if the kid knows not to touch anything and behaves. You generally shouldn't allow non staffmembers in the cooking area. Other than that an overall good restaurant for some cheap Chinese food. I give it a 4/5 Read more

Friendly, quick, and very affordable. The owners are happy to be there and are always positive and helpful. They take pride in... their restaurant and it shows. They are active in the community, hold fundraisers, and overall are people you'll enjoy seeing. Ireccomend the Chicken and Broccoli, SUICIDE HOT and the spare ribs! They will accommodate their guests but it is preferably cashonly so try and bring some bucks! Worth it for the best Chinese in the area! Read more

First of all, the food here is delish and the people working there are very friendly. Second of all, they can customize the... food to your liking, if you want to add or take out something from your order they'll do it for you. If you want something lessspicy or more spicy, they'll do it for you. Last of all, this place is the BEST!! I would TOTALLY recommend you to buy yourChinese dinner/lunch here! Read more
