Today my visit at your location in Guilford Connecticut 617 Boston Post Rd. was probably one of the worst experiences I?ve had... in a very long time, I keep having this problem with this location I constantly try to use rewards or coupons and various teammembers and ?management? give me a hard time. Today from the hours of 9:40 AM and 1016 on July 20th. I had the same problem, itdefinitely qualified and it was a very simple act of just manually entering a code. I am so sick of coming here and theemployees and staff lack basic comprehension and exude laziness. I?m beyond livid because this location is closest to my job soI can have a warm meal and every time I come I have a very bad experience this needs to be fixed immediately. 0/10 would?ntrecommend even to a homeless man!!!!!!!!
