Today my visit at your location in Guilford Connecticut 617 Boston Post Rd. was probably one of the worst experiences I?ve had... in a very long time, I keep having this problem with this location I constantly try to use rewards or coupons and various teammembers and ?management? give me a hard time. Today from the hours of 9:40 AM and 1016 on July 20th. I had the same problem, itdefinitely qualified and it was a very simple act of just manually entering a code. I am so sick of coming here and theemployees and staff lack basic comprehension and exude laziness. Seems a little to often I come to this 24hr location and never get anyone to take my order. After my first attempt at placing an... order, I drove to Wendy?s across the street. Sorry, but I can go to an actual restuarant and get an amazing breakfast for the $8.17 I just paid for this. And to add insult... to injury, they screwed up my very simple order making me have to go inside anyway. This McDonald's in particular isridiculous.. Read more
Clean, well decorated, nice staff. She gave me the wrong coffee but it was also pretty busy so I don't blame her.
If you go inside to order they will ignore you. The floor is so sticky. If you go here, go through the drive thru
