THE GOOD: burger toppings customization options, lettuce wrapped burgers and patty options, also like how takeout is boxed,... convenient, clean store, price is reasonable. THE MEDIOCRE: overall taste of burgers is 3/5, fries are not that great 2/5, I?msurprised they don?t have a baked potato option. THE BAD: personally had the shake once and had to throw it out, hot dog isnothing like the online menu photo, looks half the size in person, not worth it at all, and amount of fries received from familysize option was different the last three times I ordered. Wasn?t too disappointed though since they are not great anyway.BOTTOM LINE: decent, fresh tasting burgers with great options for everyone,for quick on the go, in convenient location,skip thefries and shakes. My husband and I showed up 5 minutes before closing, halfway through a road trip. The staff could have easily said they were... closing but instead were super welcoming and generous. I?m pregnant and was really craving jalapeños and that burger was thebest. Very clean, great service, and the food was fast, REALLY fresh-tasting, and delicious. The sweet potato fries were the best I?ve... had, and the burgers and milkshakes were great. Hands down times 10 a much better choice than Panera across the parking lot. Read more

Pretty nice restaurant. Definitely a different take on the tried and true burger chain. The menu seems complicated but there's... standard build your own burgers and some pre-made themed options. Food came out in a timely manner and was good. I'm veryappreciative of the fact that the tables had condiments instead of having to bring them from a condiment station. Left withgetting a shake and the shake was good, not great but I'll try another flavor to see if that was the issue. Tables and floorswere clean and the bathroom was also clean. Burgers were good, fries a bit oily...and in general the place is a bit pricey for what you get.
