I was so excited about them opening a store here in Gulfbreeze because I love their sandwiches so much. The first time I went... there I was received with very poor customer service. They barely talked to me and when I said thank you I didnt even get aresponse just silence. So I went back and when I walked in the girl that works there just said to me "what do you want?" I meanreally??? She was very rude! The customer service is horrible. Makes me feel very uncomfortable when I go there. I dont thinkI'm going back. Such a shame how workers can ruin such a nice place. If only one employee shows up, the manager should be able to turn off online ordering.
Ordered a vegetarian sub and got talked back to by the manager when I complained about having meat on my sub. It was theist... ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Not a away to run a business. Read more
I?ve been popping in here before work for the past few yers and the customer service and food is always excellent/above average.... However, Drew waited on me and three others the other day and I am extremely impressed. When I walked in after the group, I wasa little worried I?d be running behind for work but, wow! He was so fast I was actually shocked because I haven?t seen this typeof speed in Gulf Breeze because everyone is on beach mode. He was also super nice, while taking care of us. Unbelievable I ordered # 7 and they put a tiny slice of turkey but I left that's so rip off in Gulf Breeze. In Pensacola gave a... lot of turkey!!! Maybe I guess it's because I'm deaf. Read more
Too expensive for a sub I can get a Bors head for half the price at Publix with delicious bread as well and toppings that are... great I just don't understand why they think $20 is an okay price for a full sub. Read more
