If I could give this place zero Stars I would. Second time I've been here entire order was cold. Went back up to the front to... get order fixed. Six teenagers in the background and I waited at least 20 minutes long-standing handicap for them to fix myorder. The cook was aggravated that I was tired of standing. I finally yelled and said get over it and had a confrontation withhim. The second time the food was still not great and way overpriced. I will not be back here again. Read more

Cleaned, food was great. Bathroom was cleaned. The first stall was very small. Only a kid could fit in the stall

I ordered 4 meals for a team at a worksite. They missed one of the meals, so I had to run back which put the team on hold for 30... minutes as the next step on the job took all 4 of us and was about an hour process. I returned to Zaxby?s and they had to callthe manager. She stated my options were to refund the total for all four meals or they would remake my sandwich? This obviouslymakes no sense so of course I elected to have a them refund the sandwiches and then I had to look for another place to get asandwich. I originally rated this Zaxby?s with five stars the first time I ate there. It is obviously under new management andshe obviously has either no management experience or no common sense I?m not sure which it is. Read more

I have grown fond of Zaxby's food and their excellent service. I travel a good bit between Pensacola area and Birmingham... Alabama. I'll say this about Zaxby's, they have been as consistent in each location as Waffle House. And that's meant to be acompliment. It's nice to be away from home, hit up Google for the nearest Zaxby's and know that I will get the same food andservice whether I'm in north Alabama or Florida. Read more

I would say zaxbys in general is amazing but this review rating is for this specific one. Always when I drive off there isn?t... something missing. Wether it?s a drink or a part of a meal or a dressing to a salad. My grilled chicken was over cooked tocharred beyond chewing. The bacon in the Cobb salad consisted of one piece broken into small pieces. I?ve been getting zaxbysfor 10 years now and throughout the country and this one has always disappointed me. Read more

Zaxby's is a must visit place when I am visiting in Georgia and Florida (none in my home state of California). I am a big fan of... the grilled chicken Caesar Zalad and some sweet tea. My only complaint is they don't serve the birthday cake shake anymore. Thatwas a meal in itself! Read more
