If I could give them a zero, I would. Ordered the pizza online and it stated that it was delivered. I called to see where it was... delivered to and did not get thru. I received a call 30 mins later that they were on their way. This is what we received. 2 coldand burnt cheese pizzas we could not even consume. Read more
Pizza arrived late and looked like half was eaten or missing. We were expecting the pizza so we were waiting inside at the door.... We heard a knock and immediately opened the door but the delivery guy was nowhere to be seen. (Honestly I would have ran awaytoo if I were delivering something like this!!!!) Tried to call but no answer. Eventually used a different phone than the one Iused to order the pizza and they finally answered. I was then placed on hold for over 45 min. I love Dominos pizza but my advicewould be to avoid this particular restaurant in Gulf Shores completely, I intend to be there in person when they open in themorning. This is ridiculous! Order online if you are going to order from them. My husband made the mistake of calling in and was lied to about specials and... pricing. He got ripped off. When he picked up the pizzas he tried to talk to them regarding what he had been told on the phoneand told them to check our account to see that we normally, well I normally, order online. They basically said "sorry that youdidn't order online, there is nothing they can do, and next time order online". Set aside the way he ordered and take a ganderat the pizza. These were supposed to be extra cheese. As you can see from the pictures, there isn't even enough cheese onthese pizzas to qualify for normal cheese. This will be the third time Domino's has done this to our pizzas over the course ofsix, seven months. Needless to say, we will no longer be doing business with Domino's. Read more
Pizza looked good and tasted good, and was hot upon arrival. Our delivery driver was very friendly. I would suggest using app to... order, it gives you an estimated time of delivery or carry out ready plus helps keep accuracy of order. Service and pizza hasdefinitely improved from earlier orders! Where do I even begin. This happened 10/19/2021. They will not answer the phone. I have called 4 times waited 20 minutes, no one... ever answered. I ordered a medium pizza with extra pepperoni. Received a pizza that was under cooked and barely any pepperoni.The cheese was not all the way melted. It was still in its shredded state. Also, the bread was not rolled all the way out is wasfolded and baked folded then sauce was not on most of it. Then, my order has 8 wings on it. The Buffalo sauce was drizzled acrossed 5 of them the other wings had no sauce. The only thing that they got right was the 4 extra ranches I ordered. Read more

I did online orders twice during our vacation. The first was a bad experience due to the fact that the food sat out and was... cooling while the tracker stayed on "quality check" for nearly an hour before it got sent out for delivery. By the time itarrived, it was lukewarm and nearly cool. Delivery driver was nice though. Made a complaint, and they sent me a "we're sorry,take this code or offer" email. Ended up using it, another, an online coupon, and my rewards points (to empty it out) to amass abig order (4 pizzas) to have dinner and then take home from our vacation. Tried the contact-less delivery option this time andthe experience from ordering to delivery was great and an improvement. We got hot food this time, and the delivery driver wasnice enough to drop it off in good condition how I requested it. A+. May order again whenever I come back to the area. Read more
