A month ago I went inside for togo orders. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Owen took my orders, bagged everything... separately and ensured the special requests were not forgotten. It was a very pleasant visit! HE got 5 stars. Today however, Iwent through the drive thru. Was not handled with care. Told them at the window they got the size of the order wrong. Was givena complimentary "upsize" on the drink. Never got my receipts. Took the food back to work. Realized they didnt fix the orderbefore i paid and was handed the bag. Went back and was told sorry nothing i can do. They couldnt find my missing receipts andtold me i was welcome to sift through the box myself. Best service I've had at any Hardee's in a very long time. Food was excellent.
Messed up everything I ordered for 5 people they didn't get one order correct they had a very bad attitude as soon as i walked... up to order and then i waited for a good 30+ mins to get my food I learned my lesson to never go back there the place didn'tlook very clean either Read more
