A month ago I went inside for togo orders. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Owen took my orders, bagged everything... separately and ensured the special requests were not forgotten. It was a very pleasant visit! HE got 5 stars. Today however, Iwent through the drive thru. Was not handled with care. Told them at the window they got the size of the order wrong. Was givena complimentary "upsize" on the drink. Never got my receipts. Took the food back to work. Realized they didnt fix the orderbefore i paid and was handed the bag. Went back and was told sorry nothing i can do. They couldnt find my missing receipts andtold me i was welcome to sift through the box myself. I personally will go to a different establishment for lunch from now on. Read more
Best service I've had at any Hardee's in a very long time. Food was excellent.
Messed up everything I ordered for 5 people they didn't get one order correct they had a very bad attitude as soon as i walked... up to order and then i waited for a good 30+ mins to get my food I learned my lesson to never go back there the place didn'tlook very clean either Read more
Heading so 59 breakfast tome yesterday. Stopped at THREE BURGER jerks (KING). 1st one Robertsdale, out of biscuits at 945a 2nd... one Foley, clueless/ broken English clerk, called for mgr to get order taken correctly, tan out of biscuits AFTER I ordered AndPAID, 3rd another poor English on front counter? all inside orders for ONE EGG/BACON BISCUIT NO BUTTER.. out of food theretoo! Saw HARDEES!! IMMED ATTN AT COUNTER WITH FRIENDLY ENGLISH SPEAKER, got order correct FIRST TIME? observed Guy with aheadset right behind the counter facing the kitchen calling orders and giving directions five minutes to keep everyone updatedwhile he laughed and talked with the window clerk about jokes and dancing. Watched him grab an omelette off the rack and toss itin the can and demand another ones that looked better! I said that?s my man! What a together operation!! Just wanted a quick breakfast and not only was the line painfully slow. Very few cars but very slow. We called to see if we... could come inside and order. We were told no. Not 2 minutes later, two gentlemen were dropped off by a school bus and were letinto the the building to order their food. Apparently there are special rules in Gulf Shores. Read more
The gentleman taking orders and working the drive-thru window was so friendly and cheerful! This location is drive-thru only... right now, probably due to a mix of COVID and labor shortages. My sausage biscuit was delicious, served quickly and with asmile! Read more
