This place is in need of a deep cleaning and possibly new management. However, our waitress was friendly and attentive. The food... served was barely warm. We had a call in order to pick up. The lady that took our order was great! I wish I knew her name! Extremely pleasant and upbeat... on the phone and same in person! We had a little mix up with our order but she stepped right in and fixed it even though she wasextremely busy! Food was great! Highly recommend if your ever in the Gulf Shores area! We are AVID Hooters' customers. So disappointed in our visit today. All waitresses sat outside either eating, talking, or on... their phone. We were told draft beers were switched over so they didn't work. We ordered bottles, and they came out warm. Ourwaitress didn't say anything until I asked for a cold glass. She said they had just opened 30 minutes ago so nothing was cold orworking. Needless to say, we didn't stay for supper. It took several minutes to get our check as she sat outside chatting. Read more

This is my preferred choice when it comes to chicken wings, and they did not disappoint tonight, but the service was pretty... terrible. If the place was packed or if they appeared short-staffed, I would completely understand. But, we beat the dinnerrush and our waitress, Jocey, was simply unattentive. We watched her eat, watch tv, play with her hair....all while we waitedfor our bill. We waited so long my husband finally went to the counter to get it from her and pay so we could leave. I will sayit looks like the restaurant has made some improvements like new tables and the hostess was helpful by delivering food andcleaning tables promptly. Read more
Place is too small for as many ppl come in. You come to a hooters you expect a fun, cool atmosphere. It just seemed like... business here, too busy. Our waitress check on us once. Food was decent. Til we were leaving & the manager got chatty. Read more
This location needs an overhaul and a deep clean. Our server was very nice and helpful. This is such a great location across... from the beach, but what an eye sore. It has such potential, but should probably be knocked down and rebuilt The Ft. Lauderdalelocation with the upstairs open air bar overlooking the beach would be a cool idea for this location. Back on Sunday earlier this week was the first Hooters I've ever been to. Food was great even though my chicken fingers were... cold at first. The girl that waited our table was polite and also kind to change a TV for us to the Nascar Cup Serieschampionship race. Overall enjoyed my first visit to a Hooters, thank you! Read more
