The food was good but the customer service was lacking. They forgot to even cut the Original Crust Pepperoni Magnifico Pizza.... Which isn't that big of a deal. The problem is that they were clearing the make line screen quickly and just writing down theorders to keep good numbers... this led to upset customers over the delay in getting their food. Some waited over an hour pasttime to receive their food and the employees laughed about it in front of other customers. I understand that they might be shorthanded but deliberately clearing the make line screen to keep a made up number for pick up and delivery will hurt more than helpin the long run. Read more
Great pizza but they just alienated the entire island of Orange Beach! Ordered a few weeks ago and they delivered to my address... off canal road. Tried to order tonight and said they don't deliver beyond the wharf! Just another pizza place where newmanagement has been detrimental to their business! Read more
My pizza?s that I ordered came and they were 2 of the same pizza?s which I didn?t order online and the manager did not... accommodate and fix the order cause I ordered it online. Definitely will not ever order from here again. Especially cause themanager was rude on the phone with me as well! The first time we ordered from marcos GS it was terrible at best--almost no toppings and one of the extra toppings ordered and... paid for was not on the pizza and both pizzas were cold. We are in the service business in this town and I was told that the GSMarcos got a new manager--since the word in our small town (true or not..lol) was that GS marcos had bad management-- so weordered again-- it was F-ing fantastic!!--hot yummy pizza.... The most disgusting pizza I?ve ever had. Literally couldn?t eat a whole slice, even after being on the beach and in the sun all... day. The flavor of the sauce is so overpowering, the cheese is too much and rubbery, and the crust is even thinner than youcould imagine. Read more

Eating pizza here for quite a while and I go to buy pizza for me and a couple friends who I'm wanting to impress cuz I've talked... so good about the pizza and the crust was awful. it's like the yeast didn't rise or the yeast was bad or something. but I hateto do this review. but it was terrible.
