Nasty nasty nasty. Owner uses food products that have not been stored properly. Ex: cheese and lunch meat over 70 degrees.... Cambris are never changed out on line moldy food in bottom. Under pans on front line is a bunch of slime water that smellsterrible. I have pictures and reports from health dept where i contacted them. Do not go here u will get ill from the nastiness. Stopped by here for lunch with my family. I asked for ranch on the side instead of it being on the sandwich, I was told, "On... the sandwich its free but on the side its 75 cents." I literally laughed. The two people working need help in customer servicesskills. Once we sat, my daughter went to get us straws not knowing we had already got them. The women working was throwing herarms around because my daughter got more straws, pointing and causing a scene to the guy working with her. We kindly told ourdaughter we had them and she placed them back. Needless to say, I'm all about saving money but yikes. Read more

Despite the reviews I came here to give them the benefit of the doubt. My bread had mold on it, all of the veggies and... condiments were not chilled in the cooler but rather sitting on top of the counter in the open so they were warm, nobody saidanything to me other than how much my total was and if I wanted to add a tip, and tables were dirty. The women was very aggressive about the whole order. I work in customer service and food retail. I try to be very understanding... while ordering at restaurants. From the get go she was very rude. She was talking in a low volume so we politely asked her torepeat herself and she proceeded to yell at us about how easy the process of ordering was. She adjusted her attitude when the,assuming, manager came out to help another customer. Overall, it was an aggressive experience. Nothing constituted and attitudelike that. She made it a hostile environment that made me want to drop the order all together. Please considering talking withher about adjusting her customer service tactics. Read more

I placed a large order for our high school swim team. I wasn't able to do so through the app because it limits you to only 6... items per order. Instead, I drove to this location to place an order in person. The man and woman working greeted me promptlyand politely. I gave them a list of sandwiches that the coaches and swimmers had ordered, with specific ingredients for each, aswell as an additional number of basic sandwiches. They were very friendly, happy to help, and very careful to make sure I wasgetting exactly what the kids had ordered. They rang it up and I paid in advance, as I would expect anyone to do. I returned thenext morning to pick up the order to find not only was it ready a few minutes early, but it was bagged neatly and had lots ofextra condiment packets included. They had even labeled each individual sub according to the order! I have been here severalother times in the past to pick up an occasional sandwich for my kids, but will be making this our regular sub destination fromnow on. The customer service was wonderful!
