Nice clean smoke free bar! I didn't eat food but it smelled great and i saw multiple delivery orders go out so it must be good!... This Sweet Water 420 was excellent! Update! This is now my Go To bar for yummy food and cold beverages ???? Everything I'vetried here is excellent ???? Servers and the Owner are very attentive and very welcoming???? Love that they have live musiceverynight! I was having a rough night and one of the servers came up to me out of no where and said in the most sincere way "Ihope you have a really wonderful weekend" It actually made me feel much better! I?m not a drinker, and I don?t like live music over dinner, so The Cove hasn?t really been on my radar despite living in the... area for a long time. After another local burger joint was unexpectedly closed the day I wanted to visit, I figured this wouldfinally be the time to check it out. And you know what? I regret waiting so long. This is a SOLID good burger, and highlycustomizable, too. Not only that, but the interior is pretty welcoming despite being a dimly lit bar. The servers are allpretty great, too. I?ve also had the chance to sample the Chicken Philly and it was surprisingly good, too. The hoagie rollwas nicely toasted and top quality bread! Even the sweet tea, which could have been a total afterthought, was strong and sweet. The sauces are all house-made, and the spicy mayo is a good thing for fry-dipping. Not sure how it will be after dark, butduring the early evening, the dining area had quite a few families and tourists, so it?s definitely family friendly. Best ofall, the food wasn?t overpriced to gouge this tourists! This is a good deal and worth seeking out whether you?re a local orjust visiting. My wife and I were only in town for the night, and we picked The Cove after reading their menu online. We got some of the pork... rinds, an order of stuffed Avocado, and each got the hearts of romaine. The rinds were good, could have used a little moreflavor for us, but keep in mind we still finished them all. I'm not an Avocado fan, but that was freaking delicious. Now thesalad. Neither of us had even heard of a grilled salad before. I like salad, sometimes I will eat just a salad. But now, I'm notsure if I can ever look at a salad the same. I don't think there are enough adjectives to describe how their really taste.Seriously. When we got home, one of our adult sons was there. He jokingly asked "what did y'all bring me" when he saw our to- gobox. I literally told him I would shoot him over those "leftovers", then offered him a bite so that he would understand. Afteronly 2 chews he decided that it would be worth it and went back for more. I'm really going to miss him. Read more

We absolutely loved this place. We come to Gulf Shores at least once a year (this year 3 times) and we have never been but fell... in love immediately. Great serve and our waitress was super sweet and gave us amazing food recommendations..... she nailed ittoo! Do yourself a favor if you go and get the tuna nachos.... ahhhhmazing!! This was not only one of the best meals I've had at the beach it was one of the best meals I've had anywhere. We ordered the... Philly cheese steak quesadilla and the blackened chicken quesadilla and they were phenomenal. We also ordered the tuna nachoswhich were some of the best nachos I've ever had. They're made with wontons and are incredible. Mike the general manager has gotan incredible personality and was very helpful in finding us a good seat. He also came by numerous times and checked to makesure we were enjoying our meal. Daniel our waitress was perfect. Read more
