We went around 8PM on a Wednesday night in July. There was a bit of a wait (1 hour), but it was worth it. There is so much to... choose from, and the serving sizes are huge! There is a little water area that the kids can run around in while waiting. I wouldlike to commend the manager working the night we went. He made sure the customers were taken care of while ensuring his workersweren't overwhelmed. Definitely recommend! Read more
Great experience here and a bucket list trip for sure! The milkshakes are so deliciously extravagant that you almost need to... share. Almost. You get to keep your souvenir pint glass when you order your milkshake, and they even have a cleaning station foryou to clean it up before you leave! So many options to choose from including vegan and edible cookie dough as well. Read more
Very delicious! We had to experience this while we were here and I was glad to check it off the bucket list. Very pricey, but we... were so full we didn't even need to eat dinner that evening. The first night my family went we waited a half hour for our food. But the food was pretty good. We went because they have a... dairy free ice cream and we can't have milk. The Not Milk bowl is advertised as $10 but they rang up $11.25 each plus tax. There were no clean tables and we had to clean the crumbs off our own table before we ate. The second night I ordered our foodto go. We got significantly less ice cream when we ordered it this way. The calf cup I got for my mom was half empty when sheopened it up at home. Again they overcharged for the bowl. And didn't have any whipped cream. But what really aggravated me themost is that when you are checking out it prompts you for a tip. At this point you have not been served or tasted your food yet.This is very bad business and bad etiquette. Besides that, the lady ringing me up, who was not friendly or welcoming, literallyleaned forward to watch me select the tip. She did not deserve a tip. I wasn't expecting anything great based on all of the negative reviews....but my experience was wonderful! We ordered a shake to... split among 3 of us since we just ate and it was plenty. It did take a little while to order but it was clear they wereunderstaffed and the employees were doing their best. Once we ordered, our shake was ready within about 5 minutes. We orderedthe Salted Caramel Cheesecake shake and would definitely order that again. Give this place a try! Read more
If you are looking for a really good place to get ice cream here it is. I have been to both the Alabama location and the... Tennessee location and they don't disappoint.
