The best part about this location for me is the manager Kelly. My girlfriend at the time went in for heart surgery and was in... the hospital for 25 days of which I stayed there for 21 days. I visited that store for 21 days in a row and was given greatcustomer service from Kelly. Now that being said since that time which was 2 years I have experienced refrozen ice cream, closedto early, told there was no ice cream and the worst one is EVRYTIME I call they don't answer the phone because as I was told tomany prank/telemarketers calls so they don't bother to answer the phone. As for the refrozen ice cream I was told by theemployee at the time the they told the owner about the melted ice cream and they were ordered to sell it anyway. $4.50 for 2 scoops of ice cream. Each scoop was about the size of a golf ball, maybe three or four bites each. We've never seen... ice scream scoops this small from a shop before. The medium size cup/bowl was barely half full. And one flavor was not what weordered. Hands down the worst ice cream shop experience ever. Read more
Came here 3 days in a row for ice cream and I was told it wasn't ready to come back at noon. I came back at noon both days and... they told me they can't serve me ice cream because they haven't taken the lids off yet. Also tried to order an iced tea freezeand they told me they can't do it. Absolutely horrible customer service. Won't be back here and neither will any of myco-workers. Save yourself the frustration and don't bother coming here. Read more
We stopped in to buy cones but the server did a good job and upsold us on buying 2 quarts of ice cream instead!! Then we decided... to pick up donuts fir breakfast. Always have found the staff here to be quite friendly and efficient. Read more
The customer service was unsatisfactory! We waited at the window for a kid's scoop, small milkshake and small iced Chai for 20... minutes. Ridiculous considering no customers were inside! What made it so bad was that when I pulled up to the window no one wasthere. I sat there waiting for 5 minutes before honking the horn to get an associates attention. Not worth the $11 I spent onthe drinks. Don't go to that location unless you want to be frustrated???? Read more
Extremely rude non-service. Female employee with half a fake eyelash falling off never acknowledged or greeted me, she stared at... me and rolled eyes when I said hello. I asked a simple question about a flavor and her response was read the label. Managershould evaluate her her role, she is not cut out for customer service. The man who handed me my ice cream cone had blood dripping down his hands ???? repulsive. Also the cone they gave me was too... small for the ice cream. Immediatley threw it away. Waste of money. Read more
