Wish I could leave zero stars. Ordered a pack of six clown cones online for a party several days in advance and when it came... time to pick them up the staff stated they never heard of them. The entire staff not being knowledgeable about the product theysell. So instead of looking into it when they received the order they simply chose to ignore order and then claim cluelessness.This is just one example of many at this location. Never again....... This place myst have the worst management money can buy. When it comes to the product they either out of what you want, or dont... have a container to put it in. I have ordered a freah packed quart several times and been told they wouldn't sell it to be andthe reason looked like it was simply they didn't feel like scooping it. There is ALWAYS a problem. The staff sound miserabletoo. It's just a bunch of people that don't care and you can tell they don't. I really wish I lived closer to a better dunkin'donuts. Read more
