I have found that the freshness and quality of the food at this location is so good! Laura the manager, is on top of things and... the rest of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. the prices are great and I love the Friday fish special. there are somany TVs that it's a great experience along with quality food I would recommend it to anyone! It is what it is. If you are looking for a sports bar with sports bar quality food, I think you will be perfectly happy here.... I'm glad I went and saw what it was all about, but I'm not a sports bar kind of guy and the food wasn't enough by itself to getme back in. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Burger was pretty good, tacos were mediocre. Ya, probably a fun place tohave a beer and watch the game, not a good place for intimate dining. Read more
We have a neighbor that raves about this location! I've never eaten here although another neighbor has and he was willing to... give it another try since we both wanted to go somewhere to get a burger... I ordered my burger as close to medium rare aspossible since the menu indicated it wasn't a choice and I chose curly fries. I was assured it could be cooked med rare and Iasked for it not to be pressed. I was told they don't press their burgers after the server went to the kitchen and checked. Myfriend ordered burger med/med well and curly fries with a side of mustard. When our food was dropped off we realized I hadregular fries and my friend had no mustard. We thought since there was hardly anyone in there for dinner on a Saturday nightgetting someone's attention without getting out of our seat would be simple...After 10 or more minutes we were finally checkedon and I conveyed the missing items and at that point we also chose not to share that my burger had the tiniest amount of pinkin the center and my friend's came out well done and pressed so hard it was bigger than the bun!! We both had already startedeating and didn't want to wait for the entire meal to be re-cooked. We said encouraging words to each other so not to get stuckon the fact that our dinner was going in a unusual direction and probably why my friend had never come back after his firstexperience. So no surprise when we never saw the server again until we asked for the check and my friend asked for a box. I atemy burger the way it was and left the regular fries. My friend took half of his home. Our bill was $26 and we only left a $5 tipbecause we would never not tip nor give a one star rating. Not usually one to leave bad reviews. But unfortunately, I not only found a hair in my food, but my chicken was not fully... cooked. But not to worry! The staff there not only "couldn't find the hair when they inspected it in the kitchen," even thoughI showed the server at the table. They gave me a full $1.09 off the tab! Have never had any issues at the Sun City location,will not be returning to this branch. Read more
Avoid this place on Thursday nights when they're playing bingo, because it's quite obvious that sporting events as they call... themselves a sports bar don't exist.. you can't even sit at the bar to watch a simple sporting event without havinginconsiderate patrons allowed to manipulate the bar to their liking.. they have great high top tables and booths for this littlebingo game so the rest of us that come there to watch some sporting events,. Hard to come by these days. I'm pretty quiet as it goes, I crack jokes that'll slip by if your not paying attention. But my... point, whenever I go there, I'm greeted like, "Where you been?" " How ya doing?" Those things get said all the time. But hereit's sincere, when I'm about to leave with my take out, I kinda want to stay. When I think of my lifetime favorite restaurants,the owners come to mind, all the employees. The heart of a restaurant. The people are genuine, they're trying hard to make adifference. If your of the mind, and you give them a square chance, I think you'll see what I see. Stopped before kayaking reservation. Frankie was amazing, she madesre we got our food quickly because we sat for a little over... 10 minutes with no greeting so we were getting ready to leave for fear we would not have enough time.
