Ordered food from here through DoorDash. The food was in a sealed bag and as soon and I started to open it and mouse jumped out... of the bag on top of me and across the room until my dog killed it. I called the store and the lady just told me they don?t havemice over and over?as if I made this up or planted the mouse there???? no apology or anything. horrible customer service. Didn?toffer a refund or anything. Thankfully I got a refund through DoorDash but I would definitely steer clear of this restaurant. Read more
First time at the St Pete, FL location. Limited and tight parking. There was a line, but to be expected at lunchtime. Staff very... friendly and helpful. Delicious food. So good! Impeccable service from everyone in store, everyone was so sweet and kind especially Phil and I think Charley. Olivia's... Old South, Classic Carol, and Fancy Nancy were the chicken salads we had and all three were delicious! The broccoli and pastasalad were yummy too but the Grape salad was surprisingly ah-mazing!!!! Soooo delicious! Prior to coming here, I wondered why the place was so popular. I mean, it's chicken salad so very easy to make... at home and hardly seems worth it to go to a restaurant for such a simple food. But, once I tried it -- wow! It is so, so good.I love all of the varieties you can get -- especially Jalapeno Holly and Dixie Chick. Very creamy, good flavor and high-qualitychicken (I am very fussy about the quality of my chicken). Best chicken salad I have ever had and well worth going out for. Mydaughter also likes the mac 'n cheese side and we both like the cookies. I like that they have prepared tubs of the chickensalad that you can just grab and go if you are in a hurry. We went today and they were extremely busy!! They made us feel like we were their top priority!! Phil is the sweetest!! We... ordered soup to eat and chicken salad to take home for later. The loaded potato soup and chicken and dumpling soups where heartyand flavorful! The chicken salad is fresh and delicious. The pasta salad is nicely balanced. Tangy and fresh! Highly recommend! I've never experienced such incredible customer service. From the little gal offering samples of the chicken salad, to the... gentleman who took my order, and everyone who check on us while we dined. Absolutely incredible! And I have been a Pescatarianfor over 15 years but just started eating a little chicken now and then. I definitely like chicken better when they make it! Read more
