The employees don?t listen to what you are ordering. When you ask for a side of hot salsa they dump it on your bowl?. Then when... I say that?s fine how it is they dump more on there?. Inconsistent always. Today, mild salsa hurt my teeth it had so much cayenne. That is no accident but tablespoonfuls put in batch... for fun. Never again will I go to this location to throw out food. Hire all new staff. Read more
????Manager is a female maybe Hispanic working opening shift today she is rude and does not show customer appreciation or... anything!! Got a chicken bowl with all the toppings. Worst experience!!! I asked for guacamole on one side I was given it on the other side. I then asked for lettuce. It was put... in my bowl but the permanent marker which was used was put in the lettuce. I Refused my meal and told the cashier about theproblem and her response was "Did it happen after the meal was made". Sorry for the bad review. I still love Chipotle Read more
