OVERALL: Delicious + a great experience. This Afro-Latin tapas bar is an absolute gem! Honestly, my only qualm is that I... didn’t find it sooner. The vibe is perfect for a relaxing night, even down to the music they played. The food was phenomenal!We tried several dishes + each of them was amazing. They also had a variety of drinks. Our waiter (I believe his name was Adam!)was beyond welcoming + efficient. Although we sat inside, I loved that they had an outdoor space, where you can enjoy the nightin St. Pete. My good friend told about this place since I’ve been back in town and since then I was trying to head to COPA to try it but... I’ll always come too early. Finally came, sat, ate and I can tell you this… it’s delicious and a vibe. I’m apescatarian so I went with this bowl that you can see in the picture. It’s black owned, delicious food, along with a full barand hookah. I had a bowl with shrimp added for the protein and it was the great! It looked exactly like the picture and yourarely get that type of depiction when going places but this was accurate all the way down to the flower ???? they had. Service was decent, vibe inside of the restaurant was great, but I was surprised how small food options did they have, way... different than what I saw online and on top of that we ended up waiting 20min just for appetizers and then they brought usseparate main dishes. Our server tried to make it up saying that they had big group and that was reason for late food. Read more

Great place! Limited menu (tapas) but we ordered everything to try and loved it all. MacKenzie's service was 5 star! Tacos are a... bit spicy, yuca fries with banana ketchup and aoili were DELISH, charcuterie board and Mediterranean board both had greatselections and good to order for a group, empanadas were a bit heavy (they are fried though, so not unexpected) and the guac wasguac so nothing groundbreaking there but it was still good!
