First time...and ordered from exactly this location 5 times.. first time...got the order exceptional! Does absolutely no good... to complain as not much would be done but this order is great. Made the way it should be. As we know, some customers can bejerks, drama queens, Karen's, etc...and it's also difficult to find employees who want to work and take pride. Majority want ajob but don't want to work...so....sword cuts both ways and today...who ever prepared this....order...outstanding. Read more
Guys, I have worked in this industry for many years it is not easy, especially with short staff during a really good promo. I... watched everyone, and I am a little disappointed that some of the staffing were not following proper handing washing. As busy asit is clean hands are a must if you don?t wear gloves. Also no one was wearing NAME TAGS how am I able to give credit wherecredit is due. To the guy with the backwards visor. Amazing really good at delegating tasks during a busy time and making thetime to mentor. The pizza was really delicious. I haven?t order Domino?s in a long time due to past issue. Read more
James, the store manager disrespected me and showed a lack of professionalism tonight. I asked for a refund after waiting 15-20... minutes in my car and my order wasn't ready, it was a store credit from a previous order of overcooked cinnamon twists. Hisrudeness cause a loss for the taste of the cinnamon twists and I asked for a refund on a gift card, he said "No, you should havegotten the refund instead of the store credit" I explained his energy was negative and I didn't want him touching my food. Hesaid, "Goodnight" it's to much to put here James was rude and condescending, my husband got involved in the conversation. Jameslast words were get out of his store, he was the aggressive one from the moment I placed my order with him. The order was takenby a delivery gentleman 15-20 minutes and it wasn't completed, James should have handled the situation with regards and providedcustomer service, James did the opposite, he showed a lack of respect for customers. I order for pick up here all the time and always had good tasting pies handed to me by a bunch of cheery, big smiley, chatty... employees. The Hawaiian pizza, among other things, that I got today was extra cheesy and full of my favorite toppings. For thebest experience, order pick up when possible instead of delivery because it seems every place is short staffed nowadays. Read more
I work here, I've been here for a few months now and from what I heard the last general manager was horrible. Luckily, things... have been getting cleaned up. However, we still lack drivers and we can't always be expected to do everything without issues.Mistakes are bound to be made but here's the thing, we do our best each and every day at work to help out the customers as bestas possible. Yea sometimes we can't answer the phone, and I'm aware the call center sucks however we get busy and a good portionof the time (24/7) were understaffed. So especially of weekends don't expect a quick delivery our drivers do there best and areso kind and amazing. It's just there's alot of food to make and take, so if you really want it quickly I recommend just pickingit up. Read more
Absolutely the worst pizza experience I have ever had. Took over 40 minuets to deliver my meal after the notification that the... driver had left. It's only a 5-8 minute drive from the Dominoe's to my house. When the food arrived, everything was cold. Idon't mean not hot, or warm...no everything was cold. like it had all been sitting out for several hours. On top of all that,the five-cheese dip that we ordered had been burnt and condensed to a hard layer of oily resin with tiny bubbles solidified intoit. How does something like that even get sent out of the kitchen? I tried twice to call the store but both times, I stayed onhold without answer for nearly 10 minutes each time. My wife just ordered delivery from this domino?s and of course it?s cold and I?ve never seen cinnamon twist prepared so poorly.... I would?ve rather went hungry. We were basically robbed. Oh and the pizza was suppose to be half cheese. Read more
This used to be an awesome location. I believe they have very fallen victim to the post covid world. Short staffed/short suppy.... Quality has decreased and service as well. We have been customers for 20yrs. Nearly 2 hours to get a delivery and we liveliterally 2 blocks away. When your tracker shows order quality checked 15 mins after we order but we get it an hour a 45 minslater...subpar...that's just bad customer service. We understand staffing issues as we are QSR, franchisees ourselves but thishas been a consistent issue lately. It's why we choose uber Uber store delivery. Read more
