Terrible establishment. I guess my pizza rolled off the conveyor and straight onto the floor and they tried to pick it up and... hand it to me. I refused. Had I not of seen it they would have gotten away with it. Also had a worker drop my brownie down ontothe cashiers counter and grab it with his bare hands and stick it back into the box. Order placed at 12:35p. It's 2pm and I still have NOT received my delivery this is unacceptable. I decided to call the store... because the app said Elicia began quality checking your order at 1:20pm. After being on hold for 10 minute someone finallyanswered. I shared my concerns about me not wanting a cold pizza. He was very dry and seemed not concerned. He kept repeating"the pizza will not be cold" Your delivery driver, Anastacia, is on the way! ????@2:15pm Please don't give me the automaticresponse that's on all of the previous reviews. This place has really gone downhill. It?s been a struggle with mediocre pizza and extremely long wait time for delivery. Which I... understand is an issues overall at Dominos for delivery drivers and why they were offering a credit for awhile to do pickup. Ihad stopped going for awhile but decided to give them one more shot tonight. Decided I?d do curbside pickup instead. It tookthe full 2 mins and it gave me a free pizza. Which honestly I?m fine with it was basically right at the 2 mins. However my mainissues were. I asked for extra sauce because I know there pizzas can be lacking in the sauce area. Well instead of extra mypizza had almost 0 sauce on it. Then I also had an extra instruction from the app to cut the thin crust pizza in normal sliceinstead of square cut. Was not done. All not major things and I ate the pizza but just hammers home the point. Can?t getdelivery right, can?t get pickup right, to the point I don?t even want my free pizza. My family and I, after waiting for half an hour, we got the wrong pizza (we ordered Ultimate pepperoni) and it was super... expensive. On top of that they weren't wearing masks and no gloves and talking on top of the pizzas. So gross. I will not beordering from here ever again. Read more
I give this store another chance every 3 months or so and it's always a let down. The most recent I asked for no cheese and of... course it had cheese. The time before It asked at the very end if I wanted to add banana peppers so I did. My pizza had onlybanana peppers and nothing else on it. The time before I waited 35 minutes in store for an online order that was in the windowthe entire time. I asked about it 3 times. I don't think I'll go back again. Read more
