Pizza is always amazing and love the flavored crust pizza! I order online and pick it up, and all staff are extremely friendly... and nice, quality of food is always great, typically go a couple times a month and love it, online there is a Cuban pizza I havealways wanted to try but it hasn?t been available, I haven?t checked with staff but super nice I ordered pizza, wings, bread anda drink and almost forgot my soda from the fridge but before I left, they reminded me, love the quality, integrity andfriendliness of the people there. I ordered and picked up the new taco pizza and it?s my fault for not looking at until I got home. It was thin crust like I... ordered, but all that was on it was refried beans, taco meat and cheese. They left off the fresh lettuce and diced tomatoes. Iwas under the impression by the website picture the cheese was to go on top of the fresh lettuce and tomatoes. After calling a different HH store and getting no where with my order, I hung up and called this location. Not only did the... person answering give me coupons for my order but gave a recommendation of what type of crust. When I described what I waslooking for he pulled through! Only after I complemented him on the out standing service (compared to my previous call to theother store) he told me he was the manager. Set to have a pizza and wings delivered at 7, since my boyfriend doesn't get off till 7, it was delivered 20 minutes early. When... I called I was told it was better that way since they were busy.. so now when he gets home the pizza is going to be soggy andcold. I was told it wouldn't be soggy and it was better to deliver it early rather than late... she offered no solution, noapology, and just kept saying I went with my judgment, it shouldn't be soggy.. who wants a cold soggy pizza... it was set for aspecific time for a reason... I love their subs and pizza but this location on 34th St N, the staff didn't wear gloves to prepare the food. I watched a young... man make multiple using just his bare hands and not wash them at all. If I had seen this before I ordered my sub, I would haveleft. Nobody had on hairnets either. Read more
