We use this IHOP every now and then for some breakfast on special occasions. Good Stuff as always pancakes waffles some hasbrown... bacon eggs however you like it with some cups of coffee. Great place good service usually tables available right away. Read more

Service was great; however the fish my friend had was raw and uncooked in the middle, so the chef obviously needs to go work... somewhere where that is acceptable to serve raw meat to customers. Service was excellent other than the chef issue. Our server,Jimmy is the best!! He was waiting on us and had our food out as fast as possible (the fish was evidently still frozen, soagain, the cook was not doing his job). Jimmy was attentive and knew the options on the menu very well. He was superknowledgeable about everything that we asked of him. Jimmy deserves a raise!! Read more
Called to place a takeout order. Was looking at the IHOP website and saw BBQ ribs & chicken listed under Savory Selections. I... was told they don't have ribs. I said I'm looking right at the website which was updated July 2022. I was asked was I sure I waslooking at an IHOP website. I said of course, I'm looking at it right now. Was told they've never had ribs. So my husband'ssecond choice was t-bone steak and eggs. I was told they can't take t-bone steak orders over the phone, we'd have to come intothe the location. I've never heard anything so crazy. The only saving grace was that although small portions, the food was good.I've never had anyone question me about am I looking at the correct website. My husband overheard that they have a lot of newemployees but that's no excuse for questioning a customer. He also heard people saying they've never had to wait that long andsome people just left. The inside of the restaurant was clean and ahead it was clean and it had been just remodeled so everything looked good. This was... a late lunch but I decided to order a breakfast. It was the breakfast sampler for $11.99. It was a good selection of breakfastfood. Everything was cooked just right. And tasted pretty good. Somewhat greasy as expected. The only problem I had is that Iordered an iced tea. It tasted horrible and even somewhat like coffee. They did take it off my bill. But I ordered a ice waterAnd after a while waiting for it I had to find the waitress To get it for me. The waitress was very friendly though Andapologized. This ihop is somewhat hidden and can be easily missed. It shares a small strip center with a they Subway and aGerman restaurant. Read more
Very nice, clean, restaurant, Not your typical IHOP. the food was very very good. The only downfall with most restaurants... right now is the lack of staff. The staff was womderful, was very courteous and did their very best to keep up. I wouldcertainly return to this restaurant again. Read more
If I could rate it zero stars I would. Absolutely awful service. Waited for over 40 minutes for our server to take our order... never once had anyone check on us. Coffee stayed empty even after requesting more. Couldn't get anyone's attention. Askednumerous times for a check. This place gives IHOP a bad name. I mean how do you mess up pancakes? The pancakes were fluffy, delicious and breakfast was amazing. The blueberry compote was divine. My server went the extra mile... to give me exactly the breakfast I was envisioning, even though it wasn't packaged on the menu It was a perfect treat andpick-me-up for what started as a blah Sunday.
