Ordered through the app. It tells you when your order is done to pick it up. Wasn't ready when I got there so I waited not too... long. It didn't show me my pizzas but I double checked however when I got it home my one pizza was on thin crust not regularcrushed. But they always make good pizza I like Little Caesars Love their breadsticks. They seem to be overly shorthanded allthe time people seem to be a little stressed. There's always some kind of line. Be inside of the store is not very warmly andopenly friendly. As soon as there should be more space for people to sit comfortably. Went tonight to order 1 pepperoni pizza and cheese stick. Took over 20 mins to get my food,like 10 people came and got there... food before me that ordered after me. Then I mentioned to the cashier took forever and as im walking out she told me to "nevercome back" seriously!?? Great customer service!!I will never go back !! The counter person was rude. To me. And my pizza was severely lacking in cheese. You could see the indentations in the crust to... form the line the cheese is supposed to go to, and there was just crust there, no cheese, no sauce. I call to order 2 deep dish pizzas , gentleman who took the order was very nice on the phone. 1 was pepperoni, the other I... asked for was half pepperoni. I was charged 28.87. When I asked why it was so much ,I was told the half pepperoni was a CUSTOMPIZZA, .! Half the topping 4 extra dollars ? What an embarrassing moment I had here, such hate and discrimination is disgusting. The front girl had NO customer service... whatsoever. For those who have medical problems and cannot wear a mask to be removed from the store without any accommodationsis horrible. They have masks and plastic dividers and yet I'm forced to adhere to their rules? We usually order little ceasar on weekends. The pizzas were horrible. Cheese was burnt with barely no cheese. Ordered mushrooms... on pepperoni and the mushrooms were uncooked and thrown on the pizza. Some didnt even make it to the pizza. Save your time andmoney. Read more
Ok so I get it its a little Ceasars. So here's the thing very clean store and staff were definitely friendly. Tottally got my... order wrong, gave me the wrong kind of pizza. Gave my pizza away to someone who came in later and in general was not prepared.This has probably been the worst little Ceasars I've been too..next time I'll try dominos. Read more
