Worst McDonalds with the worst attitudes! The employees act like you?re bothering them! We sat in the drive thru for 15 mins,... watched 5 other cars that came after us go through the other line and then was rudely told to wait multiple times while ourorder was partially taken! if I could give 0 I would but that s not how this works...they never ever have what I want, or what they advertise. I saw online... they had pumpkin spice coffee available, when I got there waited in a long line for 5 minutes before I got to order, saw theyhad the pumpkin spice iced coffee advertised on the order board asked for it and they, of course, don't have it. I rarely gobecause they stopped doing salads and that is mainly what I eat, but once in a blue moon, every few months I crave theMcGriddle. what a waste of time and money, should have pulled off and gone to Dunkin a few blocks away and got my chai latebut.... I was stuck in the line for another 3 minutes before pulling forward since the other lane kept going, and going, andgoing... Never have any problems with the one by my old house in NE St.Petersburg on 4th, that one was lovely... moved back tomy house in Gulfport, and ...this...shame too they rebuilt it and I had high hopes. Oh....almost forgot the utter flat attitude,affect and tone and complete dissonance of the female staff, the young guy taking my money was sweet though. the idea for fixingthe problem... order necessary items expected to be consumed for the season, just like when they ran out of the McRib I wantedwhen I went for that.... or, although not ideal, change the board or tape some cardboard over the advertised item you neverreally have... I have come to the conclusion that I will not ever go here again, Ill drive elsewhere for it if I must havesomething, or simply go to Dunkin and spend my money and time. Read more
The three times I have gone, the sandwiches were fresh, the fries were super fresh even too hot to eat and the drive-thru was... quick. I was very impressed with how polite everybody was as well. That facility runs well. And quite frankly, it puts the StPete beach McDonald's to SHAME. Read more
I drove through during dinner time and the system did not accept my code, I am very grateful for the manager who assisted me. It... seems that the system had been jumping offline periodically. Rather than give me a hard time at the window, she quicklyresponded and corrected my receipt. My fries were piping hot and my sweet tea was very good. The restaurant was clean on theinside as I went inside to get a pack of ketchup. I'd say they are doing a good job at this McDonald's with the evening crew.They were mostly young but they were on the job and making it happen. We need these hard workers on the north side. I do Not frequent McDonalds because I believe the quality of any Fast chain restaurant should depict positive vibes with every... bite for each and every Customer. With that being said, I haven't been there in over 3.5 years. Today, being in a rush for workand craving French fries I went to this Newly opened location in Gulfport. I decided to SPLURGE and order the DOUBLE Poundercombo. I just got home to change and THIS is What I received!!! We live in the area and frequent this McDonald's, unfortunately it's the closest one to us. Time after time we see and hear the... staff making fun of customers, loud and obnoxious, not the slightest bit professionallism. Tonights young lady at the back drivethrough window said there was no 1's and wanted to know if we would take quarters instead of 1's. Not a big deal we paid withour card and suggested to the young lady that they let people know at the speaker that they don't have change. She proceeded toget on her head set to ask for change and said that we were being rude. We pulled up to the next window and ask to speak with amanager. Manager came said that she just had to get change. Explained to the manager that it's not about the change it's abouthow they are talking about customers in an open window where they can be heard. Took the opportunity to let her know that thisisn't new the staff here are completely unprofessional and they should really do something about these kids. She turned away andwanted to know where our food was so she could get us out of there. Read more
Worst Big Mac in memory. It's cold and apparently you don't get a full slice of cheese anymore. McDonald's used to be about... consistent quality and cleanliness. Not it's consistently bad and dirty. They've become Burger King. Read more
