We actually went to this McDonald's at 3:00 a.m. and due to past experiences at other McDonald's this late at night or early in... the morning I expected the worst food. Normally use drive through for breakfast ?..it?s usually pretty fast considering the numbers of orders they deal with ?.today... the lines for the drive through were too long so I went inside ?short wait at the counter ?..?reasonable? wait for my order(4 big breakfasts) brought them home only to find 3 in the bag (paid for 4) ?can?t be that hard to count to four ?.. LOTS of newapartment buildings in area ?.. this McDonald?s isn?t large enough to service all the new residents ?.called and got manager?very friendly ?.just said when you come back tell the counter person we owe you a breakfast ?.I?ll probably go back to get itbut may not go back again (big breakfast still $3.49 though) Read more
Hands down this is the worst McDonald's location I have ever been at. I have formed this opinion after several visits to this... location. Their customer service is absolutely awful. The speed at which they get food out is incredibly slow. And when you getit it's usually not very warm in fact sometimes it's even downright cold. UPDATE: it has been 4 months since I left this reviewand as I reread it I can't understand for the life of me why I came back to this place this evening. Probably because it is somuch closer to where I live. I used the app to place a very small order. I pulled into the curbside pickup spot paid for theorder and then waited almost 30 minutes before I finally went inside to figure out where my order was. There were several peoplewaiting all upset about how long things were taking. Eventually I got my small order and went back to my car. I swear to God Iwill never ever go back to this McDonald's. Why does corporate allow them to continue to exist to continue to frustratecustomers and to continue to develop bad customer relations. I don't know who owns this location but they obviously don't careand don't want to increase their customer loyalty by providing reasonable customer service. Read more
The operation at this location is pretty bad. Sat in second lane drive thru today while 5 cars in the other lane were served. ... I said hello several times. The time before this one I ordered two large diet Dr peppers and ended up getting too large Cokes. The time before that I ordered nuggets and ended up with a chicken sandwich. It just seems like there's a management andtraining issue that needs to be addressed. The staff are friendly and they are always apologetic. I'd avoid this one. Read more
Nice looking on the outside completely disorganized and some what disgusting on the inside. Cramped ordering area, the order... kiosks never work, people just hang around blocking paths of those trying to get to the one cashier station that almost neverhas anyone at it. Takes around 15 minutes to get orders which again you cannot usually get to since everyone has to be in thesame area that is in complete chaos. Owner(s) should be embarrassed but it is a McDonald's so would he/she/they even care? Read more
Best crispy chicken biscuit I'm officially addicted! ha This location had the best cooked biscuit they would have been given a... 5* had the service not been so so slow (even with two lanes). I believe the extra lanes were intended to speed things up butyou do need the staff & efficiency to accomplish it. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would! This location is horrible. I pulled up last night around midnight hoping to grab a quick... bite.. well I didn?t even get to order anything. I kept saying hello like 5 times and nobody answered me so I drove off. Mindyou there were people in the drive thru line ahead of me.
