Every time I order from this location, my pizza is ready on time?almost always earlier than the estimated time! The staff are... friendly and they have never forgotten my extra sauces that I buy. I stopped going to dominos down the street simply for thesereasons. Thank you!!! Read more
Very rude delivery driver we can now track the pizza and see where they go, when we asked why he went so far first he said he... delivered the $5 tip first because to him tip doesn't matter I had tipped $16.80 expecting to get it quicker I don't know manywho would tip more then the cost of a pizza but since $5 or $16 doesn't matter then I will no longer #1 tip over $5 to them, #2order from such a rude place who also got our order wrong 3rd time now and they owe us for a missing pizza from last time whichbecause I ordered online forgot to call in for, I called to speak to Manger and the person hung up on me. and they did somethingto app so it says my pizza is and the counter is staying at 35mins and the track shows him driving away from area???? we are 3.8miles from this papa Johns, only 9 mins away and while I know there are others who order when the guy leaves the place 48 minsbecause he drove to the outer limits I can't imagine they would deliver which is in another papa johns area going passed us todeliver to his $5 tip first. most delivery drivers route their trips based on larger tip route so if u have someone before thecloseness ones u have to but to go passed what's on ur way is messed up I understand quite well we arnt the only people on thisplanet nor do I expect special treatment by any means but common decency seems like I normal response unfortunately my familyreally likes papa johns we used to order every week but after the very rude people at this one we cut back to 2 times a monthbut starting to think maybe boycotting all together. we are in a large city there are a ton of options out there for a $100week pizza treat. Once again disappointed! I started just getting papadias as pizza is always a let down. Decided to try again and not good. I... ordered light sauce and normal bake. I got extra sauce and well done! I called they sent a new pizza. The driver wanted tocollect a delivery fee I don't think so. The second pizza was better but not great. Sad when Hungry Howie's is better.
