Shawn the manager should be taken back through training. I mean I get it being short handed and whatever excuses he tried to... feed me while telling me to calm down after waiting an hour an a half for my $33 pizzas. I ordered at 5:30pm on a Monday. 6pmget a text my pizza is out for delivery. 6:50pm I get my dry and very cold pizza. After paying that much? He gave me a refundbut only after trying to make me feel like I was overreacting. My kids go to bed in 30 minutes! But yeah Shawn I've calmed downnow. Won't be ordering here again. Read more

Pizza was delicious! Good coverage of toppings, right amount of sauce, and cooked perfectly. The delivery was made within... estimated time and was the perfect temperature. The last time I ordered pizza delivery it was from Little Ceasars and it was aterrible experience, as far as pizza chains go - Pizza Hut is consistently the best! Read more
I've ordered from this pizza hut for years and it's always been ok. However, today I accidentally ordered two of the (terrible)... pizza my son wanted, and deleted the (good) pizza I wanted. The mistake was compounded by the coupon we were using not applyingto the extra pizza, so the first one was $12 and the extra one was $24. When I called the store they sent out the pizza I'dmeant to order, didn't charge me anything, and didn't even want the extra pizza back. They just asked me to tip the driver! Ijust want to commend what a great bit of customer service that was. Wasn't a fight, wasn't an argument, didn't even have todiscuss whose fault it was (it was mine), they just fixed it. 10/10. Tonight I made a online order for takeout. I ordered a medium thin crust supreme pizza. I arrive and ask for my order and the... pizza hut employee hands me my order. I open the box to check and it's a supreme pizza but it's not a thin crust. I told theemployee I ordered a thin crust. She said "well do you want us to remake it". That question she asked was not good business orcustomer service. Of course I want you to remake it! Then I waited for another 15 minutes and I asked if my pizza was ready andthey acted like they had no idea they were supposed to remake my order.So I had to wait another 15 minutes for my correctorder.
