As a lifetime resident in South St Pete, I have been coming to this Pizza Hut for years since I was in elementary school over... the last two years, it has gone down in value, quality, cleanliness of the restaurant and always messing up orders. Workersspend more time inside, instead of inside working. It's sad that this place has gone down and the owners aren't making anyadjustments to fix the damage that's been done to a once beloved spot in the city. I sure hope the managers take heed topeople's comment and make some major improvements. Read more
Worst Pizza Hut ever. Ordered over the phone & was told it would be ready in 15 mins. Got to the drive thru within 15 mins to... wait in line for 20 mins to find out they never made the pizza. When I arrived at the drive thru, 2 workers were outside on asmoke break! Unbelievable Read more
IF I could could give them a zero I would. If their is a problem with an order, their is a 50/50 chance they will inform you of... the problem. When you call, they "claim" to give you a credit for the error. When I called to use the credit, there was nocredit on my account. There quality of food is bad, even for fast food pizza. Pizzas are often over cooked. Choose a differentlocation if you are craving Pizza Hut! Read more
This pizza has gotten worse over the years. I used to be a delivery driver for over 10 years. Ate too much of this pizza for... free. Never paying for this garbage again. Quality went down hill. Spend your money elsewhere and support local pizza ????joints instead of corporations that don't care about quality or paying their workers a living wage! Read more
Terrible. Rude employees, they never get the order correct or follow any special instructions. Pizza was undercooked and bread... sticks where hard as a rock. I used to work for pizza hut and the pizza dough used looked like it must have been extremely oldor not proofed at all. Overall horrible experience. Read more
I ordered the Detroit Style pizza today from Pizza Hut. I was all tuned up for something different but got the same old pizza... with a weird tasting marinara like sauce. I had it delivered and it wasn't even hot!!! What a let down. The toppings on werediluted by that awful sauce. I wasted my money today.... Read more
