Popeyes is an awesome place to get food! This location was extremely slow for an unknown reason. I got stuck in line for almost... 30mins with only two cars ahead of me. I used to love Popeye's but this location need new staff. Lots of workers just standing on their phones, not working. They don't... support each other, no communication and the managers just walk away avoiding customers. 0 stars if I could. Read more
Spent 35 minutes in the drive up. There were only four cars ahead of us. We watched the manager come out and walk off the lot to... return 5 minutes later. The fries tasted like they sat in oil for a while and the iced tea was very warm. I'll never go thereagain. If there was a way to get out of that drive up I would have. This place sucks. Gave them multiple chances but every time. Service sucks. After a 10min wait, it was my turn at the drive thru... window and told me they'd be with me in 1 sec. Took 5 full minutes after waiting 10 in the car in line. Already ordered thrumobile earlier and specified drive thru pickup. After they made me wait the person at drive thru told me that mobile orders mustpickup inside. Waited in line inside another 20mins only to be told i had to go to the side where another person got ahead of meand had to wait again. 55mins just to pickup an order i placed 15mins ahead and absolutely no customer service. People juststanding around. Unprofessional wasted my whole lunch waiting for my food that i ordered in advance. This place needs completelynew management. Read more
This is the worst place to get fast food. It does taste good but the long time waiting in the line was ridiculous. There were... just 3 people working that date. We were stuck in the drive through for a long 42 minutes. There is not way out in the drivethrough and we had cars in the back and front. It was the most frustrating experience ever had in a "fast food" restaurant in mywhole life. This restaurant do not have fast food but car food. Do not go here. Read more
The wait times in the drive thru are getting absurd. We went twice before and it was slow, but I understand that getting workers... is hard right now, so a bit of a wait for hot food is fine. However, I tried once more recently and I regretted mydecision. Best advice: DO NOT get in the drive thru line if you don't have half an hour to spare, minimum. You can't leave theline unless you have a car with high clearance due to the curbs (or there's nobody behind you). We were forced to wait for overan hour recently; it became apparent after waiting 15 minutes just to order without moving in line that the best option wouldhave been to leave, but there were 3 cars behind us by then. When it was my turn to order, the employee took my order with noestimated wait time or explanation as to the slow moving line. The line then did not move for another 15 minutes - at all. Thesame worker asked for my order THREE more times while I waited because they apparently thought a new customer must be there bynow, but it was still me because the line was at a complete standstill. When we finally got to the window after almost an hourstuck in line, we saw about 5 employees inside who did not appear to be doing much of anything. They were joking, laughing, andgenuinely did not seem concerned about the fact that customers were stuck waiting for food in a fast food drive thru for 45minutes - 1 hour. There was no apology or offer to discount the meal which would be standard in any other service industry. Iwould have been happy to hear that there was a legitimate reason for the hold up, such as broken equipment, short-staffed,waiting for food to thaw before cooking...anything! But none of that seemed to be the case. We were told at the window it wouldbe another 5 minutes because they "just dropped fresh tenders" for us - it was another 12 minutes (yes, I counted, because ithad already been almost an hour!). The drive thru is always full and slow, they are always out of almost everything and once there is a car behind you at this... location you are stuck, 20 min tonight and I was only able to leave because the two cars behind me gave up. I was told there wasonly spicy thighs and breasts and the only side was rice granted it was 30 minutes before close but after I was informed I satthere another 15 min and still no one took an order. Came in here to do an order pick up for DoorDash and the employees ignored me for a bit then asked what I needed I stated I was... picking up an order and took people around me instead. A gentleman came in and it quickly showed he was an old employee fromthat store. Everyone was was very friendly to him & he was able to order and receive his food all while I was still waiting. Ihad to cancel my DoorDash and leave. This wasn?t the first time this has happened. Read more
