ordered scallops in the drive thru. I was given a small styrofoam box containing about 15 small scallops they were overcooked... and tough I was not giving a fork sauce or a napkin and they were swimming in grease. is scallops were yellow either havingabsorbed too much old grease or they were just old but it was inedible. I asked to see a manager but young man at the counterinsisted he helped me so I asked him what he would do to rectify the situation and he asked me what that meant... not worth theeffort Read more

This place needs better management this is the second time I come to this place and they give me the wrong order the first time... I had to throw my order away cuz I was already home. That was $10 wasted. I come here on the 11th of February ask for my orderit took them three times and they still got it wrong the only thing that I will give credit to is the girls in the front itseems like they know how to do the work that they're supposed to do unlike the people in the back,that call themselves thecookers. The individual called Mo was the one I gave my order to, explained clearly what I wanted & he repeated the order back.When you're waiting more than 20 minutes and they still don't get the order right after trying to correct it 2ce & still don'tget it right. Have to ask for your money back cause they simply don't seem to understand,while your other food is getting cold.They need to be trained or just not work there @ all.Things @ this place has gone downhill very fast. Tamika and her coworkersin the front were very understanding and they explained it not once not twice but three times to the cooks of what I wanted andstill they got it wrong, I don't know whether they are paying attention or is it that they're trying to leave early but itshouldn't have to affect the customers if you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen. Ordered combo #7 wings and fries. I'm not going to talk about the drive thru wait or the individuals placing the order. My... dislike is because the chicken wings were raw in the middle and my fries were soggy.
