One of my favorite restaurants in downtown St. Pete! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough. A true hidden gem with incredible... customer service and delicious food/wine. We love their happy hour, Thursday specials, Sunday 1/2 off bottles of wine, BRUNCHand LUNCH! Chef Burton does not disappoint. The attention to detail and wide variety of menu options make this one of our go-tospots. We love the pesto shrimp pasta, octopus, brunch hash skillet, beet salad, charcuterie program and WINE! Superb! My first visit and I can?t wait to go back and try other menu items. Brunch with my friends and we all were so... impressed! The oxtail hash is divine! Finally after a year in business I was able to check this place out and it did not disappoint! All the brunch dishes we picked... were delicious. The pasta was fresh and the mushroom sauce was great, the shrimp were very good and the goat cheese tart wassimply marvelous! Out server was awesome and had great tips for the wine selection. Made my reservations online through OpenTable for a Sunday afternoon for two. Even though the restaurant was open, OpenTable... would not allow me to book a table until 5pm, so I presumed they must be booked. When we got there at 5pm, we were surprised tosee almost all the tables, except for one table, were empty. We got seated and had a waiter promptly. The waiter was friendlyand helpful. He helped us choose out the wine of our choice and we re very happy with his selections! Food: I got the shrimppesto and my date got homemade pappardelle. The shrimp pesto had good flavors and tasted fresh. Unfortunately, where it lostpoints is that pasta was a little too hard?it needed it to be cooked a little longer to get it to be al dente. Beyond that, thedish was too salty. I could not finish it because it was too salty. The homemade Pappardelle on the other hand, was good. Thepasta was done perfectly, the seasoning was good, and overall had good flavors. Ambiance: it sits between pretentious andrelaxed. I couldn?t feel completely relaxed, but it wasn?t overly pretentious either. Regardless of finding the perfect worddescribe it, I didn?t feel uncomfortable. Had an amazing time Friday evening during happy hour. Our server, Tony, who is a seasonal snowbird, was personable,... knowledgeable on the wines, and very helpful. All wines by the glass are 1/2 price during happy hour, which provides a greatopportunity to try a few new ones. Their wine list is extensive. The charcuterie tray was nicely presented with high qualityofferings. The star of our food selections was the grilled octopus. Will definitely go back! Read more

I like to take advantage of the 4-6pm Happy Hour 1/2... priced wine by the glass, usually order the seafood special and always enjoy. Loved the place, decor and feel. It was rainy so we didn?t get to enjoy the balcony. We were there for happy hour rather than... dinner so I can only comment on appetizers. We had foccacia, goat cheese and one other plate. The only strange thing was thatthey didn?t serve crackers or bread with it. It was delicious and beautifully plated, but the server suggested that we eat itwith our forks??? We finally convinced him to bring us some crackers and at that point it was perfect. Read more
