Never answers the phone i dont like ice in my drink but no options in uber eat
The hours on the store and online says that they open at 8am. We showed up and waited until 8:01 to go through the drive through... but the man said they open at 9am. If they?re going to open later they need to have it posted ???? Read more
The...Quesadilla...chicken or sans chicken...3 different days order this item. ALL 3 times, get home and the dang thing is NOT... cut all the way through. Pull it apart and it's a mess trying to separate the slices. For the heck of it, went up the road tothe other TB, same order...ordered inside and watched what happens. Quesadilla is in the wrapper and the worker uses that halfmoon shape cutter...not a cutter per se...blunt edge and rolls it a few times into slices. Same issue. Get home, have to pulleach slice apart making a mess. Ok ok...small issue. Don't use the "cutter tool" then. The pizza joints get it right...so couldTB. Using similar tool. We realize that many customers have no etiquette. No manners, are rude, many are just poor excuses for ahuman being. Still, customer service is number one. It's a challenge to hire workers. Majority want a job but don't want to workin the fast food industry. Per peeve is...when done ordering...clerks always say...is that all? Sounds...like...what..that's it,you done ordering...what..no more money? We teach staff to say instead...how about some....Cinnabons with your order! They aretasty! Or, how about some of our great tasting fries to complete your order? Or how about trying our new whatever with yourorder. Read more
Order was badly wrong the first time I'm a vegetarian and they put meat in all my veggie orders however the manager took care of... everything upon me coming back so I'm not upset. If only I could get the taste of beef out of my mouth ???? Read more

I wanted to order the new chicken chalupa combo but was scolded by the rude drive thru lady yelled, "We are out of chicken!!". I... should have known better to go there in the first place when it looked like a ghost town as I drove in the parking lot. Anyway,I ordered the new Grilled Cheese burrito and two Doritos Locos tacos. I wasn't impressed with either. The burrito had a slightcheesey and spicy taste. No real grilled cheese flavor. Both tacos were cold with only a light sprinkle of lettuce and cheese. My sour cream on the other hand was missing in action!!. Cheapos!! I could tell they were old because the meat filling justfell out of the bottom of both soggy tacos. So...Taco Bell is a good place for cheap food...not good food. 1 out of 5 starstoday unless you like rude staff members and cold food. Read more
