I just doordashed from them and I have to say it was the neatest pack job I've ever seen. Everything was hot and not one mistake... with all the sauce too. There was an issue in the drive through with an accident so the drive through was closed. Completely reasonable. I went inside... and the female that was working inside was extremely rude to me. She said the establishment was closed. I asked if it wasclosed just because of the incident outside in the drive through lane and she proceeded to yell that ?WE ARE CLOSED.? I walked in and immediately ordered on the kiosk. I was paying cash so I selected the option pay at the counter. After standing... at the counter with not even a glance from an employee for about 5 minutes. A gentleman approached me and said I needed to orderon the kiosk which I had already done. I watched him instruct the manager that this gentleman needs to pay he has alreadyordered on the kiosk. The manager replied okay. I stood there for another 5 minutes and watched all the employees do nothingbut service the drive-thru window as I stood there with money in hand. An older lady walked in behind me and soon becameannoyed without being acknowledged for service. Is she leaned over the counter and asked the manager if anybody was going towork the front counter. The manager replied you need to order on the kiosk first which I quickly chimed in I had already orderedand just needed to pay. Both of our requests fell on deaf ears and we were ignored and had to leave the establishment. This iscommonplace at this Taco Bell because it has happened to me before I thought for sure it wouldn't happen a second time but thatwas the last straw I will no longer visit this actual store. Employees at window are always rude here. I definitely prefer the location by Pasadena but this one is closer. This time, I... didn't get a receipt so I asked the girl to reprint it and she just rudely shrugged and said she couldn't do it. I politelyasked her to get someone who was able and the manager finally came over with a receipt that was clearly from a machine runningout of ink so I couldn't see any of the numbers. I stopped by here about 11pm on Sunday 4/03/22, and had a fantastic experience going through the drive-thru. I believe the lady... who took my order was a manager, she had on the short-sleeved plaid button-down, and had a lasting impression on me for hersuperb customer service and how her crew working around her seemed also to be working great around her. Loved the visit, it'slike 1 in a million to have even average customer service in a fast food drive-thru late at night on a Sunday in the middle ofSt Pete, so I felt I had to share my experience and write a review because it was THAT good.
